"Excelente hotel! Todo muy limpio, las habitaciones con muy buena presentación, muy cómodas, baño limpio, muy buena conexión de wifi! El personal muy atento, nos ayudaron dándonos tips sobre lugares para visitar, para pedir tuc tuc para ir a la estación de tren,etc, muy amables y serviciales, todo muy bien! Recomendamos a full la estadía en este hotel con esta maravillosa familia! Excelente experiencia! Volveremos sin"

"For my recent stay at the Hotel, I liked the rooms, they were spacious, clean and most importantly nearby the Ramraja temple, it is newly built with basic amenities, though the description says city view room but there is window in some rooms which opens in the passage so a bit misleading.. The main person Mr. Sen was really helpful and did his best..."

"La chambre n'était pas propre, le tapis dans la salle de bain était sale. L'accueil, personne ne nous a prêté attention (le portable est plus important apparemment). On sonne le soir alors que nous étions en pyjama pour nous dire qu'il manquait une information sur le formulaire. Nous avons dû aller chercher du personnel pour pouvoir déjeuner car personne au restaurant. Pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles, je vous le déconseille. "Unclean bathroom and towels. No hot water. No restaurant option. The picture is deceiving "

"Though this property is relatively new there is a lack of proper management and ownership. Room had sewage odors coming in. No running hot water, and on top of it the service staff unaccepted the fact that there’s no hot water. We wasted our morning time, peace of mind in the midst of our family trip and hotel staff offered free cup of tea (wow) to compensate it. Overall, I won’t recommend this property they are not worth the charges they ask for."

"The room was very filthy, there was dirt on the bed sheets. I booked a room with a view of the city but the room provided was completely different. The toilet was the worst. There was no hot water facility. There was a soap bar which was previously used. There were smelly rags which were used to clean the toilet still lying around. Overall PATHETIC"

"The hotel is not bad, though some of the amenities could do with updating. Staff cannot be faulted, always eager to help and sincere in their efforts. Food including breakfast is ok, I think they should focus on quality rather than the number of food items for their buffet breakfast. Overall, a relaxing stay, good location as it is close to local attractions but not in the very busy area. "
