« When i showed up the hotel with my family after 9 hour drive, i was told there are no reservation on my name. This was a fully paid reservation. The property asked me to produce the voucher from expedia. But i never received any. After 2 hours spent at the property, we had to go looking for another hotel in a city we were in for the first timr. It was late night and i had 2 women with me. Absolute nightmare. Expedia didnt have any rep to respond to us. Will never use expedia again »

« I stayed with my family one night during my trip to Rajgiri, and it was a nice place. Mr. Mrinal was a nice guy. He arranged the room according to our requirements and also arranged a taxi for our return trip to Gaya station. And a special thanks to Bittu bhai, who drove us to Gaya. We encountered a massive traffic jam in the middle of a bridge. He helped our entire family cross the bridge, carried our bags, and arranged a local taxi to ensure we could reach the station on time.
