"This place was a nightmare. They didn't give correct laundry access info so we couldn't do laundry until the second day (which interrupted our planned outing). The oven didn't work. The diswasher leaked all over the floor, and the roof leaked onto the kitchen table during a rainstorm. They didn't compensate us at all for any of these problems. They kept telling us they would handle things, which was a lie; nothing was done during our stay to fix any issues. The local manager and owner are...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Beachfront Bungalow on Playa Hermosa. The bungalow was just perfect for the four of us with comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, great huge front deck, amazing location, and safe and clean. We loved being able to just walk about 100 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The property manager was very responsive and helped immediately when we had an issue with the kitchen faucet. I would recommend this property to anyone...it was that great! "
