I had a very disappointing with Brandon Hays stay at my condo. Very sad for many reasons. During Brandon’s three night visit, he complained even after I made every attempt to resolve his issues. His strategy was to complain and then ask for reimbursement at the end of his stay, Very disappointing. If the condo was as bad as Brandon states, why did he not leave after the first night? There were a lot of other condos available on VRBO in the same condo complex at cheaper prices. I would have gladly given Brandon his money back if he would have left after the first night. Brandon, after his stay, threatened to give me a bad review at the end of his stay if I did not reimburse his money for his stay at my condo. Brandon and his wife left my condo in disorder. I found sand all over the condo. I had to steam clean the sofas to get the suntan oil and sand removed. I let Brandon use my personal golf cart which is now missing a mirror and the golf cart was full of sand. I rent my condo 200 days a year and for the last 10 years, never had any issues that could not be resolved with anyone. Brandon's claims are baseless and are just an attempt to get a discount and smear my good name. All pictures posted on VRBO of my condo have been taken during the last year. I paint my condo once a year and all of my cookware was purchased in the last year and has a lifetime guarantee. I have over 80 / 5 star reviews on VRBO. I do everything possible to make sure the people that stay in my condo will have a good time and a great experience, but some people are never going to make happy. I went out of my way to help Brandon. I did an extra cleaning after his first night after his complaints that the condo was not cleaned properly and he was still not satisfied. I hold myself to the highest standard when it comes to cleaning my condo. My cleaning personal take 5 hours to clean and Covid disinfect the condo. Can my cleaning personal miss a crumb, yes. Do I have any issues doing an extra cleaning, absolutely not. But when the client, in this case Brandon, still claim the condo is not clean to his satisfaction after 10 hours of cleaning on a 1600 sq foot condo, I do have an issue. It is not about the cleaning anymore. It is just about complaining just to complain. I also Invited Brandon and his wife to my private golf club and let him use my golf clubs. I went to every extreme to make sure that Brandon’s vacation in Costa Rica was an eventful one. If you let Brandon stay at your home, expect the same problem. I promise you he will find something to complain about and then ask you for his money back at the end no matter what you do to help him resolved and leave your home in disorder.

All the Cookware is a year old and was non stick and Teflon coated. She complained that the gas grill did not work but the only issue was that the gas tank was empty but my maintenance person changed the tank, which the client could have done as well because I always have an extra tank of gas on the terrace. Complained that the knives were not sharp enough but there is a knife sharpener. Her family stained the bed covers. They found my extra bed covers and changed them and put the stained bed covers in the closet. Unfortunately I did not find this out until after I reviewed her and she got her damage deposit.
