Sitting on top of a mountain, this amazing 6 bedroom estate is filled with incredible ocean and sunset views that extend all the way to Hermosa Beach and beyond. While the location is private and remote, this hilltop panorama is just a short 10-minute drive to the world-class surfing and beachfront restaurants of Hermosa Beach. This home is spectacular in every way. Creatively designed where both homes have their own privacy and designated spaces. Lots of glass, shade, ocean views as well as jungle and mountain vistas. There is a bar area on the terrace next to the pool with its own bathroom, gas grill, & outdoor sink where you can entertain friends and family while enjoying the lush rainforest around the perimeter of the property, and also take in the most amazing sunsets from the fantastic infinity swimming pool. BEDROOMS & COMMON AREAS All 6 bedrooms have large glass windows and large sliding doors that open up to porches and sitting areas with jungle, pool, or ocean views. Main House The main house has FOUR BEDROOMS, three on the main floor and one independent downstairs bedroom, which is accessed through an outdoor staircase surrounded by wildlife and jungle. Both bedrooms on the main floor have luxurious queen size beds and share one large bathroom detailed with hardwood and lime stone walls. On a mezzanine, access by a ladder (not intended for kids), there are two queen beds and one pull out sofa, adding extra space for more guests. The bottom room serves as an apartment with a kitchenette, has one queen size bed and its own private bathroom. Bed Configuration Room 1 - Queen Bed Room 2 - Queen Bed Room 3 (Mezzanine) - 2 Queen Beds + Sofa Bed Room 4 - 1 Queen Bed The bright, equipped kitchen, open to the dining area, has a convenient breakfast bar/Island at the center and an amazing view of both jungle, pool, and ocean. The welcoming open-plan living and dining area with its large glass sliding doors and windows, huge screen TV, and a top loft, make this home perfect for lounging and relaxing with the whole family while enjoying the view outside. 2nd House This space was recently renovated and is fully furnished. The bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. This, too, has views towards the gardens, the mountains and ocean views. Bed Configuration Room 5 - King Bed Guest House The “guest house” is also fully furnished and has one bedroom in a second floor with large glass windows and sliding doors that open up to shaded sitting areas with views of the ocean and the pool. The bedroom has a closet and ensuite bathroom detailed with limestone walls. Downstairs, there is a spa fully equipped with 2 massage tables, ice-bath and tranquility for you to enjoy. Bed Configuration Room 6 - Queen Bed The big glass windows and sliding doors, here, allow for plenty of light and amazing views of the property. OUTDOOR AREA This home has an amazing outdoor area. The property is very spacious, and you can see the ocean from the whole front perimeter. It has a large fire pit and a sitting area all around, with an amazing tree next to it. The swimming pool is next to the outside bar, and it's surrounded by palm trees and plenty of shade. It's the perfect place to lounge, enjoy the sun and possibly a BBQ and a good drink. Additionally, you will have access to an outdoor gym area with necessary equipment if you'd like to do some exercise. Due to the size of the property, the way it faces the ocean, and the well-kept lawn, this house is perfect for weddings, high-end parties, or retreats. It didn’t ruin our trip and the house is still worth it but it’s info people should know so they can be prepared. We had plans to use the room under the main house but in my opinion that is not useable. It’s a nice room but it smells musky (they have a dehumidifier in there) and I believe there’s water damage somewhere, hence the smell. The loft area in the main house, great for teenagers maybe, but that’s it. What we ended up doing was moving those beds into the extra bedroom in the middle house. I highly recommend doing that or for the host to add beds there and not even bother with the room under the house until that’s fixed. We also had issues with the water warming up and water pressure. Not a big deal, it is in a rain forest, & they did come and fix but you get one or the other. You also aren’t supposed to use toilet paper as the house uses septic tanks. Again, not a big deal, they have bidets, but would have been good to know ahead of time. José & Carlos, they are great! Jose made sure any issues we had was addressed, he helped book some excursions, taxi to airport, chef service, and was super friendly. Location is amazing too. We saw macaws, monkeys - & I mean like 20 of them, and other creatures. It’s really cool & the views are amazing. As I mentioned earlier, I would 100% recommend staying here & coming back if I’m ever in Costa Rica. Thank you! ##### Sarah C. Séjour de 7 nuits en janvier 2026 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Mohan M. 4 nov. 2025 Points forts : Propreté The aminities and the place was exquisite. The location of the house is on the hill and the host was responsive. Thoguh we had big plans of visiting volcanos and atv, the rains had spoiled the days. We were able to sit in the house and enjoed the beauty around.There is only 1 way to go there and due to pandslide the road to get to th3 vacation home had become tough. The management was cooperative and provided support and kwt the traffic situation updated. ##### Mohan M.
