Quick weekend trip to Jacksonville
Overall the property is nice. It did have a musky smell. It is an older home but the renovations were nice. Some electrical issues with lights and fans. Neighborhood was quiet.

Bananas and birthday
Family from Tampa and Charlotte NC met in Jax to celebrate a birthday and see a baseball game. Location is extremely close to the sports complex. Quiet neighborhood and huge yard, kids enjoyed the loft.

Overall, good stay
We decided to try this out for our annual business trip instead of hotel rooms. For just a little more money, we had so much more space, so we were happy with that. We were a little uneasy about the neighborhood at first. We did have a random person come into the backyard to weed-eat that we were not expecting. Having blinds on the windows in the main living area would have definitely made things more comfortable at night. Otherwise, the house was very clean and as pictured and the owners communicated fairly quickly.

Short get-away
The house was overall clean and had what we needed for our short stay. The king sized bed is not accurate. There were spots in the floors that had issues.

When we first arrived we got a glass out for water and it was dirty. The check out process is to wash dishes and put them away. Later we found the dishwasher wasn't cleaning them. We washed ours by hand. We spoke with owner about some issues we found around the house. Overall the house was very clean. The TV's were hard to use. Nice stay, Very clean.

Can't stand roaches
The property is nice enough and conveniently located but the shower curtain liners desperately need to be replaced as they are slimy and moldy. Also, the bathroom floor is collapsing in front of the toilet and roaches were present in the kitchen and bathroom. While I understand that roaches can appear at any time in Florida, it is an very inexpensive fix to replace shower curtain liners instead of leaving the m long enough to mold.
