This two-story, two-bedroom townhome offers one King-sized bedroom, a second bedroom with two twins, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided. The home features a full kitchen with modern appliances and both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker. Beautiful live oaks create a shaded canopy as you drive into the community. There are walking and biking trails along the way. Once you arrive, enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach, read a good book, or relax in the warm Atlantic waters. Not in the mood for the beach? Sit and unwind by the pool or on the oceanfront balcony. IMPORTANT NOTES Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Our concerns were with the property management company. They have a lot of rules, including a mini-lease, pool restrictions, and a quasi-working washer/dryer. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals, but there were a lot of small things to deal with. We’ll go back to the community but probably stay in a different property. This is a 2 story unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a sofa bed and half bath downstairs. The stairs are just a little bit steep.The kitchen is well appointed, and there is a stackable washer dryer unit in the kitchen.The unit is in good condition, as are all the furnishings.There's a dedicated parking space right out front. You do have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the unit.The small balcony has a very nice ocean view.Everything is fine about this unit and the location. I would definitely rent there again. Some porch and beach furniture were old and rusty. Unfortunately 2 broke when sitting on them. Keurig didn’t work either, nothing was said about it not working before we arrived. Beds were nice and comfortable. A couple of issues. First off the front door was a nightmare to lock. It was titchy and did not follow instructions. Second there were a number of lights out. On on the balcony, and all the lights in the living room. And the toilet paper!! It was single ply. Place was very accommodating for our family with young children. So be aware there is no plastic wrap or foil in the unit. We are cookers, so we use each wherever we are staying. We brought kcups for coffee, there was a drip coffee maker. I called the number provided and left a message. Never heard from anyone. Needed a complete set of pots and pans. Only small and large pot. Glad we had ability to rent chairs/umbrella for the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs provided by the property, loved they had lots of blankets and pillows. Living room was decent sized and could fit our family of 4 (2 grown late teen boys). Kitchen was decently stocked.
