You'll love Summer Beach, located on the south end of Amelia Island in the gated Summer Beach community. This two-story, two-bedroom townhome offers one King-sized bedroom, a second bedroom with two twins, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided. The home features a full kitchen with modern appliances and both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker. Beautiful live oaks create a shaded canopy as you drive into the community. There are walking and biking trails along the way. Once you arrive, enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach, read a good book, or relax in the warm Atlantic waters. Not in the mood for the beach? Sit and unwind by the pool or on the oceanfront balcony. IMPORTANT NOTES Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.
