This cottage is located in south Jacksonville Beach, just 2 blocks to the ocean. Freshly decorated and updated, this beach home is one of our newest additions to the Lancelot's Castles family of vacation home rentals.

This home has well equipped living areas inside and a fully stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom and another bedroom. Sleeps 6 very comfortably.

Queen bedroom downstairs has a full bath but not ensuite. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite bath but opens to hallway so can be shared with upstairs twin bedroom or can use bathroom downstairs.

This home features a nice corner lot yard and plenty of outdoor space as well. Enjoy the shaded and cool screened in patio, just off the main living room.

Located in quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Nearby shopping includes Target, Publix Grocery and many more shops and restaurants.

There is also easy access to Butler Blvd (202) affording quick access to Mayo Clinic and many other areas of Jacksonville.

Close to the beach
Great house, very pretty property, 2 blocks to the beach. Master bedroom is very big with a large walk-in closet. Cable tv in the mbr & the living room. Nice screened-in lanai with a table & chairs for 6 people. There was no outside grill, just a fire pit which we didn’t use. We had to borrow a grill from our son. Also had to buy extra toilet paper & paper towels.
