This Beach Walker condo is located right on the beaches of Amelia Island and has been recently updated with new flooring, painting, and furniture! Enjoy views of the community pool and the ocean from your own private balcony! This charmer features a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, large TVs, high-speed WiFi, and access to a community outdoor pool.
Things to Know; This retreat sleeps up to six people - four adults and two children. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Relaxing Amelia Island Vacation Spot
This 3rd floor condo is in a beautiful location. It's elevation is just above the island oak trees and you can see the beach from the porch side and the inland forest and waterway from the bedroom windows. The beach is very clean and not crowded since it's in a gated community next to the OMNI Resort. The condo itself was a nice size for my wife and 2 college aged children. The kitchen is small but fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. It's about 15 minutes south of downtown Fernandina Beach where we normally went for dinner. There are lots of great dining choices in the area. We would stay here again.

Lovely condo
The beachfront condo was decorated so lovely and was very well kept and clean. My family enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful morning views of the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and the sunset from the bedrooms to the west over the river. Lovely.

Great stay at Amelia Island
We loved this property - the view out of both sides of the condo was gorgeous - treetops on both sides on top of the ocean view from the balcony and some very large nice windows. The whole property was well maintained.

Amelia Island condo
Great place. Beautiful views of the ocean. Well-decorated and equipped. The unit was spotlessly clean. Check-in was easy. The location is superb--walking distance to Omni properties and short drive from other options. We will be back.

Disappointed
Overall, wish we went with our gut and rented a different unit that had more than 8 reviews. Lesson learned.
Positives: great location, covered parking, Omni plantation is a lovely resort area. Plug-in fans provided for all rooms.
Negatives: Appliances need to replaced (not just repaired), with the exception of washing machine. Toenail clippings in one bed, mildew in the bath mat (these are easy fixes but in case you’re squeamish with such wanted you to know). AC might not be “cool” enough for some tastes.
Please note this was the week of 4th of July so understandably it is difficult to find someone for a repair. However, being given a cooler, a couple bags of ice, and little contact from the property management company on when it would be fixed (never was) didn’t really do it for us.
I reached out to the property management contact and asked if any consideration for our “inconvenience” was going to be given before I left my honest feedback for others and was told “it sounded as if I was trying to extort them”.
