Loved the location of this home - convenient to so many stores and restaurants. And the home itself was very charming and comfortable. The outdoor amenities - pool, putting green, and fire pit - all got lots of use while we were there. We really appreciated the excellent communication with the owner(s) before and during our stay. They really went above and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We enjoyed the game room, but the pool table was not leveled, and the shuffleboard table was not usable when we arrived. Through another review, we understood that the shuffleboard table was not maintained so we brought professional materials to wax and sand the table and left sand behind for future guests' enjoyment. We had made a special request to monitor the cleaning of the house to allow guests to get dressed for a wedding. We had zero expectations about getting in a 1/2 hour early but were told that as soon as the host heard from the cleaners we would be contacted. Expected a touch more southern hospitality as we reached out 3 weeks before arriving and explained that we had a 5-month-old and 2 yr old to get settled. Never received the call and my daughter arrived late to the wedding she was attending. 30 minutes would have made a difference and was not too big an ask to have the host check with the cleaner ahead of time.Fire pit and putting green were a hit. The location was perfect—you're close to the Jax Beach area, but the house is quiet and so relaxing. The house has everything you need for a day at the beach or just hanging out there. Coco was very responsive, and check-in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!! ##### Christine H. But it was a great stay nevertheless. Very clean with all the necessary amenities.
