This condo is in a great area for beach, shopping, and dining. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Check-in is at the condo, which was wonderful after an 8 hour drive. My only complaint, which just took me a day or two to get used to, was no curtains on the windows in the family and breakfast rooms. The windows/sliders are huge and beautiful with a great view so I understand not having curtains but at night you feel a bit “exposed”. All that being said, I would rent again in a heart beat! Sep 30, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice Oceanfront Unit We were just looking for a quick 1-week getaway to tack onto a business trip. This unit was great for our needs. Pre-trip, VRBO made payment easy, and communication with the owners was timely and informative. Once you have all the information you need, you can just go straight to the unit. No official "checkin" process required. Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Balcony faces the Atlantic. Due to the sand dunes, you can't fully see the beach, but the water is in full view. Regarding the beach, it was very nice. Pretty clean and well-kept. The beach police to patrol fairly regularly, which was nice to see. We weren't sure about the "right" way to access the beach, as the building don't seem to have their own planked walkway to the beach. But it was convenient enough for us. Bathrooms were nice. Water pressure in the shower was really good. Everything seems like it was updated within the last several years, which was nice. Just a couple things of note, none of which are showstoppers, by any means: - TVs are Roku TVs, but we could only find one Roku remote. The one works on both TVs. - The balcony is great, but small. If you like to eat on the balcony, you may want to rethink that. - There is no elevator for the building. This 3rd floor unit worked for us, but we are fully mobile and capable of carrying our luggage up stairs. If that is a challenge for you, again, I'd carefully consider that before renting.
