I've stayed here twice and had a wonderful experience. It is very peaceful and walking distance to the beach. It is truly my happy place when visiting Jacksonville Beach.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. The only issue is that the hotel is located at an intersection and the noise was ridiculously loud from traffic. It definitely made it hard to sleep.

The hotel amenities were perfect. We had a group of 8 pre-teens and teenagers and they enjoyed every second of our stay. The gym, pool, and relax hour complimented this beachside stay perfectly. We all will remember this family trip for years to come.

Great place to stay if doing business up at Mayport. Many restaurants within walking distance. A beautiful beach nearby. The Element is a very clean and modern brand. The staff was very professional and supportive.

Very nice room, with full size refrigerator, microwave and burner, dishwasher, dishes, a desk and other usual room amenities like a safe. The clerk on admission was personable and professional. There was a happy hour with delish cheese and olives and hummus and chips and wine and beer. I missed the breakfast from 630-930am. I would definitely stay again
