Manager called and corrected a mistake I made and had my rooms ready when I arrived. Customer service was excellent from beginning to finish.

We paid for the breakfast for 2 people and this hotel doesn’t have even coffee !It is very shady place in dangerous neighborhoods. We do not recommend it to anyone !

Worst motel I've ever stayed at
Arrived at 2 am, found room hadn't even been cleaned. No blanket or sheets on the bed, big bag of trash on the bathroom counter. Was too tired to go complain so I went to sleep in my clothes. Next morning I went for breakfast, and when I returned, couldn't get into my room. Had to wait a half hour because the attendant didn't have a master key, and had to call for help.

Room floors were dirty. Air conditioner ran rough. The furniture all beat up and warn. Huge gap under room door and had to stuff a towel underneath so bugs wouldn’t come inside.

I have never been to a hotel where the guest were so loud. From sounds mike rolling a ball or marbles on the dollar above me that went on for over 2 hours and still noisy . People with doors open sitting on Backs of trucks in parking lot smoking and I assume drinking having a good time . But it got I bit irritating after the first hour . They finally stopped some and went inside at 10pm but still ? This is not your home or front yard to hang out on . I hope it quiets down before midnight . Not at all what I was expecting . I thought it would be much quieter and not so many with doors open carrying on out front of their rooms is all . Not a good first time, sorry

There is no reason why you should have had to tolerate that. It was a construction crew that had several rooms and they were aware of the 10pm limit. Cockroaches seen in hotel Libya and in the room ,, our suit was on main floor and there was a 2” gap under the entrance door which let mice in and also down pipe was dropping water on from the roof right on our front door and water was coming in the room and pooling in the middle or the area and the staff weren’t knowledgeable about booking on line overall was terrible place to stay

Desk clerk using fowl language when checking because of migrants. Told us who had reservation to wait as she checked in 9 people. We left and came back and was told only room left was a smoking room. Cockroaches in room. Would never go back!

We walked in our room and the first thing we did was start looking for another hotel. The overwhelming odor of urine was disgusting. The bed linens were so stained I wouldn’t even sit on the bed. Thankfully we were able to find another place to spend the night.

Receptionist at the front desk was friendly and helpful, pleanty of parking,rooms have been updated , pleanty of hot water with pleanty of presure small cleaning cleaning issues corners in the shower needs dehaired. The door is secure but has a gap around the door needs to ba able to seal and a better mattress bed feels like u are sleeping on the springs

The lady of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but old stains on linens and furniture visible. There is abandoned hotel next door and many people seen moving around on that property. This had us very worried about the security of our vehicle.
