Only 9 miles from Mayo clinic & a short drive to downtown Jacksonville. Waterfront seafood restaurants & markets serving fresh Mayport shrimp & their catch of the day are only a 5 minute drive away. Watch the sunset or fish on the St. Johns river, also only 5 mins away. Keep an eye out for dolphins & manatees!

Quick Trip
This is a cozy, feels like home, nice house. My brother and I were in town for my mother’s surgery. Every detail imaginable was taken care of. When you stepped into the house the only thing you needed was food. The owner responded to every message within five minutes. I highly recommend it!

Tasteful in every respect
We loved this place. We felt good the moment we walked in. The decor is great, the air was fresh, and layout well used. It was nice to have quality kitchen tools to grind those coffee bean, cut and grill the fresh fish that we cooked on the clean outdoor grill. Since we cooked in mostly, can't recommend any particular local restaurant. However, this condo is in a good location. It was quick drive to the beach to watch the sun rise and then visit a gym and nail spa all before lunch. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to visit family
The townhouse was well stocked and very very clean. They really think about the needs of the guests and it shows. We were visiting our daughter in Atlantic Beach and this was a perfect place to stay. It’s about 10 minutes away and the neighborhood seemed very quiet. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft style room with a door but a large wall opening, just a heads up in case privacy is an issue. The owners were very nice and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Get Away
This was my first time in Jacksonville. I enjoyed the property immensely; the house was well kept, the backyard space was such a joy. I couldn’t believe the well stocked kitchen. My family truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks, for a wonderful stay.

Very impressed!
As a whole I have never been very fond of a Jacksonville. We have very dear friends that live there and we came down to celebrate their daughter’s birthday. This property worked well for that as its literally the neighborhood next-door. We cooked burgers at the condo and enjoyed each other’s company. I highly recommend this stay and will most likely be visiting again! Too notch!
