"I am a smiley, bubbly, friendly person, and I like to stay at Hotels that give you a good breakfast, keep their establishment clean, and I always hope to find friendly staff, and I’ve been everywhere from Oregon to Washington to California as far west as Oklahoma and you just get a lot of fake smiles and disingenuous service, but not here! I felt so special from the time I called to confirm I made reservations, talking to a wonderful person on the phone, to meeting her and five other amazing staff, the very next day and over the course of 24 hours. I could tell that Veronica, really cares about the impression house cleaning leaves on the people who stay here! Jenn was out of this word friendly! Brenda too!, Kaia was so watchful over breakfast making sure it was (a 10) til the last minute- and there were more staff that just blew my mind with being ‘chill’. I love clean hotels and good people without it all being overpriced because that can make it miserable- your current staff and service will bring people back! Keep your prices down and your standards high and I’ll be back sooner than you think Marriott! Thank you for the sleep! -Wen "
