Very displeased with my stay. Upon my arrival i was greeted with excellent hospitality from the front dress personal but as soon as i got to my room it smelt like illegal substances, there was bloody snot on the bed, shower had multiple hairs in it, shower head was full of gunk, and the coffee maker smelt like mold so bad i couldn’t even open that cabinet. That night around 2 am i was awoken by a drunken guest who was trying to enter my room and who was screaming on his phone for a good 5 minutes before i call the front desk. The “security” who arrived didn’t even make the male leave only advised him this was not his room then he departed. I had to step outside my room and yell at the male to leave the area since he stayed STILL yelling at the phone. My second night i was kept up until 1 am with my next door neighbor playing a trumpet of the star wars soundtrack. The only good experience i had was with the staff.

Very convenient for a visit to Everbank stadium, easy water taxi service across the river! Rooms are dated, need to be refurbished, lots of use over the years! The staff were very polite and helpful!

Liked the Ruth Chris Resturant on site, the outdoor pool area is very nice,and the water taxi is there on site. The room was not great! Safe didn’t work …needed batteries that was fixed The phone in the room did not work and was never replaces. Other phones in the rooms next to our did work. Tv had one station they could not fix it. The sliding glass door had to be Slammed in order to shut. We didn’t use the balcony which was sad because we were riverfront. Towels were only two . I had to go down to the front desk to pick up an extra set. Not great customer service. I will not return to this hotel.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly but the rooms look old and need to be updated. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Nice location. Popl area was nice. Everything was nickel & diming you. No complimentary coffee. The charge was $3.00, parking there was a charge. Breakfast was like $19.00 each not including your drink.

The first room we arrived to was not clean. We had unpacked all of our stuff then to find hair in the bed, hair in the shower and old toothbrush soap in the shower. Staff was able to assist and get a room however there was a delay due to not having any other rooms available. The only thing I can say is the staff was very accommodating.

We stayed here the first night of our honeymoon and we were supposed to have a river view balcony room with a king size bed. We were put in a city view room and 2 double beds. When I asked concierge about the issue, they stated they have been sold out of king size rooms since Wednesday (this was Saturday and our room had been booked for over a month) and the only rooms available in the entire hotel were double beds and I needed to take it up with Expedia about getting a refund.

The hotel itself was fine. Rooms clean staff is great. Did not like the facts of paying for parking $20 per day. Then finding out that they don't even secure the parking lot and other guests were just simply staying there not having to pay. Was also told by other vendors they never put the gate down you can just pull in there act like you're going to the restaurant and stay overnight. That's not fair. And also being a Hilton property even with my upgrade I cannot get a small refrigerator or microwave to my room. I guess that was for the next level suites? Which I've never heard of staying in a hotel of this size and or magnitude especially being one of Hilton's higher ends.

No fridge nor microwave. Parking charge $20/day which is free in other hotel. No trash bag in the bin. No refills of coffe for 3 days 2 nights stay. Carpet floor is dirty. It doesnt look like Holton Hotel.

The staff there is always nice and helpful. But sometimes the rooms are half cleaned. Either the your gonna find dust around your bed and tv or the sinks and tub will drain slow. It just feels outdated with goin there. Smart TVs would suffice for the price. Other than that the riverfront view is worth the stay.

Floor inside our room and hallway was gross. Two day stay and to ask each day for at least one thing to take a proper shower (missing soap/shampoo/wash cloth). Even though this is a DoubleTree hotel, it is owned by Hilton and i expected more of their rooms. No mini-fridge. Rusted hardware in shower and it leaked water all over floor. Vanity scratched, tile/grout needs redoing. GREAT water pressure. Carpet is nasty, sticky, dirty and needs updated to vinyl. Room was hot and muggy, barely any air coming from ac, we had thermostat set to lowest setting, 68 and it was 72. Furniture scratched and scuffed. Mattress is soft but needs replacing, it sinks from wear. A good coat of paint makes everything new again. Would Not recommend!!

Unfortunately the room and building conditions did not live to the Hilton/ double tree standards. The staff was exceptionally great, professional and courteous. But the room was disappointing; the carpet on the room was stained throughout, walls were dirty; balcony door partially secured; shower with leaking pluming issues creating rusting in the tub stopper ( and you could tell it’s been like that for a while) Very disappointing on the facilities upkeep since the building is located in an area with a nice view.

I gave this stay 3 stars because my room was not ready until an hour after check in because it had not been cleaned yet. I am usually not in a rush but this time I had a concert to be at within 45 mins of finally checking in. Although, the hotel did make up for this. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant and the riverfront view was perfect!
