"Well cared for, clean, right in a central location! "

"This was a great place to stay. Sitting on the deck with the views of this calm section of the lake was a highlight of our vacation. "

"Nice stay"

"Great place, only down side was traffic noise as it is just off of the main road, but it was not a big deal at all."

"Great property! Would stay here again."

"I am only recommending this stay if you are a retired couple bringing a few of your retirement friends. This was a very unwelcoming experience for myself and everyone in my party. It states there is easy access for boating and fishing. That is not true. There is the lake across the road, however we were informed by the retired community we should not use those docks and go elsewhere to put our boat in, we did anyway since the pictures explained differently. There is no picnic area by the lake...

"Wasn’t as clean as I would expect. The outside and inside had lots of cobwebs. I know we came in early fall but the deck and patio had leaves everywhere. Could have easily used a leaf blower to clear those areas. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. "

"We had a great time at this air b n b for my bachelorette!! It was very spacious, close to the bars, and so cute for bachelorettes! I would stay here again and again"

"Great for the price, comfy and close to all the activities in Arnold’s park"

"Very nice property. Friendly owners. Enjoyed our family time in Okoboji."

"Great clean area with tons of space! Great location and neighborhood!"

"Sherri is awesome to work with and always very accommodating. We make our annual trip to Iowa with our large family and the staycation cabin worked perfect for us."

Also, the patio needs umbrellas as it’s very hot in the middle of the day and also don’t let the pool fool you after the pictures of the patio as that pool is not behind this property."

"Excellent location! Property was as advertised and perfect for what we needed! Family included ages 8 to 80.Great time had by all!"

"This property is beautifully situated on the lake front. We swam off the boat dock, ate breakfast on the deck and watched a lightning storm in the distance. Breathtaking views! Very clean and organized; all the beds were comfy with many choices of pillows. Two laundry rooms and numerous beach towels made it easy to enjoy the lake and Okoboji beaches. Great place for families with two full living room spaces! We did not use the second house because our group was smaller. We used the message host...
