"Positives: Perfect space for two adult family members. Close to downtown. I was able to park vehicle directly in front of house, every time. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy check in and check out process. Great host. Negatives: Very difficult to get a consistent temperature through out the house. Limited on dishes, cookware and appliances. On our second visit, the previous tenant clogged the tub drain with hair and the cleaner did not clean the catch."
