The Bend is spacious retreat that boasts 1.2 acres with almost 600 feet of shore line - perfect for fishing, swimming, or relaxing in the sun on the top level of the 2-story dock.  The Bend is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a gentle slope to the water with the minimal steps to the lake.  Walkable to Bo's at Indian River Marina for great food, drinks, and entertainment!  Bonus:  plenty of parking for cars/trucks and a boat trailer!  

The Bend features a spacious layout designed to accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably.  The interior is tastefully appointed with rustic-cabin inspired decor, creating a soothing ambiance that reflects the essence of lake life. 

Unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with plush seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The dining area just off the kitchen offers a cozy setting for enjoying home-cooked meals or takeout from nearby restaurants (located only 5-7 minutes from LaFollette/Jacksboro).  Food enthusiasts will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen. Whether you're preparing a gourmet feast or whipping up quick snacks for kids in the water, you'll find everything you need for culinary adventures.

The main house boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers/tubs and sleeps 10 comfortably in three king beds and two queen beds.  The large finished basement is ideal for ready for hours of fun and is a perfect retreat for kids and adults alike.  With a spacious, open layout, there’s plenty of room for a variety of activities!  Durable flooring, bright lighting, and easy access from the deck and main living area makes this a practical and welcoming area for everyone.

The flex space, known as The Bend Bungalow, offers a comfortable additional living area. Accessible via a spiral staircase from the kitchen, the Bungalow includes a sixth bedroom with three twin beds, a full kitchen and bathroom, and a second washer/dryer. It can also be accessed directly from the spacious deck, making it a convenient spot for coming and going after fun days on the water.

Please note: The Bungalow is a converted basement, so ceiling heights are lower than standard. Taller guests may need to duck slightly in some areas.

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the property. Entertainment options include streaming service capabilities with your personal streaming accounts.

This waterfront rental offers the ultimate lakefront experience, complete with an expansive and well-equipped dock designed for both relaxation and adventure. The covered boat slip is available for guests May to October but unavailable for guest use from November to April.  However, on either side of the slip, 30’ tie-offs provide secure docking options for additional watercraft or larger boats. 

The dock features a spacious two-level design, perfect for making the most of lake life. The lower deck, measuring 14’ x 30’, is ideal for fishing, swimming, or simply lounging by the water. Just above, the upper sun deck, approximately 15’ x 30’, offers a private retreat for sunbathing, entertaining, or taking in breathtaking sunset views over the lake.  Whether you're an avid boater or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this dock provides the perfect space to enjoy the water in style.
