The hotel is exceptional, truly a 5************* The staff are polite and friendly. The decor and size of the hotel is oustanding The ròoms are clean daily, I saw staff around every morning maintaining the cleaniness and upkeep of the hotel and the grounds. The garden is huge, the gym, sauna and swimming pool are giod sizes and must do as part of the stay. I really cannot find anything negative to say about the hotel or the staff I loved every minute of my stay in the hotel. It is by far the best in the neighbourhood and I highly recommend it.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and professional. The room was extremely clean and tidy and the bed was great. The facilities are very good, a big gym plus an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. We will stay here again when visiting Izmir.

Lovely hotel, staff are attentive, rooms are fantastic, breakfast choices are some of the best around: lovely gardens and out door pool. Nice indoor spa facilities although the hot tub isn’t very good. But come rooms have jacuzzi baths. Would definitely book a Swissotel again

Amazing hotel in Izmir!
This was easily the nicest hotel during our 4 city trip through Turkey. I learned it is one of the oldest and most famous hotels in Izmir but it must be completely renovated because it was just beautiful and super comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to make everything perfect. The breakfast was amazing. And we joined a tour to Ephesus via the hotel with a guide and driver. Honestly I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you Swissotel!

High quality service and infrastructure. My wife and I felt at ease and safe throughout our stay. The property was very clean and pleasing to the eye. Staff was attentive and warm as well. We had a minor hiccup where room service either did not understand English or the phone was unclear. The wrong food was delivered to our room but it was swiftly rectified by both concierge and room service staff. It was greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful four night stay at the Swissotel in Izmir. We felt it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It's more like a resort than a hotel, with its lush gardens and beautiful swimming pool area, as well as numerous other amenities. The setting is on a little park adjacent to the seaside walk, which has many excellent restaurants. It is easy to walk from here to most of central Izmir. The room was supremely comfortable, with a desk, chairs, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, good shower. Breakfast is a feast, with everything you could ever want. Though it was late-October, it was still warm enough to eat it on the terrace. We also ate dinner in two of the hotel's other restaurants and both were excellent. We walked past some of the other hotels that are highly rated, but none of them compared to this one. We made the right choice. Everyone working here was warm, friendly, and helpful. We really loved this place. They are doing a great job!

Hospitality and facilities at its best
Staying at the Swissotel Büyük Efes İzmir has been one of the best hotel experiences I had in years and I’m a frequent traveller. It’s location made it very convenient for sightseeing on foot as well as by the ferry and by car. From the first moment we set foot into the premises to the check out every single employee of the hotel worked tirelessly to make you feel welcome. The breakfast included plenty of good quality food options to choose from. The spa facilities at the hotel are excellent as well. Highly recommended stay for a perfect city escape.
