« AC worked well, room temp was always comfortable. Property seemed clean, but there was a lingering pervasive odor.. the bathroom was a handicapped setup. And there was no lip on the shower floor, so when we showered the floor flooded. Exterior signage was somewhat concealed, which made finding the property somewhat challenging. The property was a bit dated..some flaking paint, chipped paint scratched furniture. Free breakfast was fabulous! And hotel staff was kind and welcoming. »

« What stood out most was how beautifully maintained the space was and how genuinely warm and welcoming it felt from the moment we arrived. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, with thoughtful touches like water and extra toiletries in case something was forgotten, which made us feel right at home. There were plenty of towels and sheets, and the space was comfortable and roomy, making it an easy, relaxing, and enjoyable stay overall. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone...

« The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. »

« The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. The bath towels were thin and small and basically Walmart quality. The listing on Expedia was very misleading. After this experience we’re only booking with IHG or Choice directly and...
