« L'établissement est haut de gamme. Il est très propre.le buffet déjeuner est très très bien. La mer est incroyablement belle (turquoise et le sable est blanc).
Ce qui me laisse un arrière goût c'est mon expérience avec la réception. Il y a eu quelques irritants qui demontrent qu'un perfectionnement au niveau de la gestion et l'administration de ce service qui laisse à désirer...dommage vraiment pour si grandiose hôtel !

Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. One of our best trips, albeit to short. Cannot recommend this hotel ans its team enough. »

Breakfast is great .Blue ocean and nice views .
Pool water very cold .
The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance.
No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person .

« I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic.
