Good room
Good hotel, with nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Everything was fine with my stay, except the A/C didn't work. Other than that no complaints!

Good place to stay
Location is very nice. The place is nee and very clean, nice lobby and breakfast room. The room is not big, but correct. Service was Ok, but not as we would expect.

good location and good rooms, little more disappointed with the breakfast. big breakfast but the warm part of it was not so tasty at all. there are many cold things to choose from so if you like cold breakfast it is a good Hotel.

O manobrista bateu nosso carro e até hj estamos aguardando retorno do hotel para conserto. Lamentável uma rede deste tamanho não conseguir resolver um problema causado por eles .

Atendimento não condiz com o padrão Accor. Tudo que foi solicitado (travesseiro extra e juntar as camas) foi negado com a desculpa que o hotel estava lotado. Faltou shampoo, as toalhas tinham padrões diferentes e meu marido assinou uma vistoria do carro em branco. Lamentável a Accor no Sul do Brasil ser tão diferente do restante do mundo.

Fiquei no quarto 259, adaptado para necessidades especiais, apesar de não ser esse meu perfil. Quarto grande, banheiro também porém não tem Box ao tomar banho inunda todo o banheiro, tive que usar toalhas para reter a água e não escorregar. Luminária da pia não funcionava, apesar de ter solicitado 2 dias seguidos para que consertassem, fiz checkout e nem satisfação me deram. Sinal de internet é pessimo, sequer chamada de vídeo no whats consegui fazer, pior que o sinal 4G também é horrível na região. Botão do elevador não acionava meu andar, tiver que trocar de elevador diversas vezes para subir.

Obtive uma experiência incrível durante a semana que passei no hotel, desde o primeiro dia com a recepção dos funcionários até o momento do check out, hotel super limpo! Serviço de quarto excelente todos os dias sendo limpo. Café da manhã impecável! Além das atividades que possui como a piscina aquecida e academia. Não há como reclamar do hotel! Foi sensacional!!!!

Hotel ótimo, atendimento muito bom, localização muito boa. Café da manhã estava bom, equipe se virou em suprir comida para uma equipe de futebol americano que se hospedou lá. Ficamos no 9o andar, de frente para o porto (obrigado pelo upgrade). Voltaremos com certeza!
