Honestly i was worried at first cause it was the first time in istanbul. But the hotel was great, the staff are quick to help with your needs. I was there for a week and it was such a great stay. I would defo stay here again if i am in istanbul.

1.) Minibar war leer obwohl angegeben 2.) Kein Balkon oder Terrasse obwohl auf Bildern angegeben 3.) Kein Frühstück obwohl ich die Option Frühstück gebucht hatte und es als Option angegeben war. Ich möchte Sie bitten, mir eine Entschädigung für all diese Unannehmlichkeiten zu gewähren, vor allem hatte das Hotel mit der Option Frühstück geworben und ich hatte dafür bezahlt, als wir nach Ankunft im Hotel erfuhren, dass es kein Frühstück gibt weil das Hotel keine Küche hat, sind für mich zusätzliche Kosten entstanden obwohl ich mit Frühstück gebucht hatte. Mit der Bitte um zeitnahe Rückmeldung verbleibe ich Mit freundlichen Grüßen Süleyman Cakir
