Needs to be more clean , the air conditioner wasn’t working the first night but they fixed it, the towels not clean enough, the staff was very helpful, the rooms are small and not well insulated.

Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Only issue we had was returning to our sheets being changed with a tennis ball sized coffee stain on them. We asked for the bed to be changed again and were told that housekeeping had gone home, they gave us fresh sheets and we eventually changed them ourselves. Not a massive issue, but not something to expect from a 4* Hotel. Room was nice, but also had other issues with holes in towels and bed sheets across our 4 night stay. On the whole, if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel then this will do for you. Small details need to be improved for it really be considered 4 star.

Great hotel in terms of the room. However, upon arrival slight dissatisfaction with one of the workers at the reception desk, since he refused to understand us considering we speak Turkish.
