Great stay with really helpful staff. A variety available for breakfast. The hotel is located near shops on a steep hill. The hotel is well looked after; they were painting some areas during my stay. Comfortable room with everything I needed. I asked for an iron and one was brought to my room. Luckily they provided a little toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms, as I forgot ny toothbrush! Thank you for a welcoming stay.

Very clean and cozy hotel with helpful staff. And also a very good breakfast. A very negative experience was that even though my reservation was " pay at property " , all the money was deducted from my Visa card without prior notice. And they were totally irresponsible for this matter, and they said that we do this as usual!

Instanbul is a city of 15 million so no matter where you stay it is a taxi ride wherever you want to go. I found the Fox hotel to be a excellent place to stay. Rooms were updated and clean. I cannot say enough about Freda and her staff. Excellent staff. whenever I needed help they were there to help me. After staying in Instanbul for 10 days I went to Ukraine and on my way back home I spent 2 more nights there. Be sure to tell them how big a room you need as they have some rooms that are small.

Widerlicher Gestank im Badezimmer, der auch nach viel Lüften unverändert blieb. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation keine ernsthaften Maßnahmen. Sehr abgenutztes enges Zimmer ohne Stuhl/Hocker. Fenster ließ sich ohne Möbel zu verschieben nichts öffnen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

De kamer was piepklein, maar het terras was fantastisch! Ik heb ontbeten op het terras met uitzicht over de daken van Istanbul en je kon ook s'avonds een prachtige zonsondergang fotograferenl. Alleen dat uitzicht maakte de kamer al de moeite waard. De tv had ook een Engelse zender en het personeel was erg beleefd en behulpzaam. Ze brachten mijn koffer naar de 7e verdieping (met de lift) en verzorgden ook het ontbijt (in de kamer) . Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad – iets wat je niet zou verwachten als je met de taxi de straat inrijdt.

Öncelikle çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Odamız temiz, yatağımız da rahattı. Kahvaltıyı da beğendik. Kusur ve eksik arayan her türlü bulur ancak (bu fiyat aralığında) beklentimizi karşıladı. İlk defa gelecek olanlara tavsiyem şu yönde. Lokasyon olarak tek yön rampa aşağı ve ara sokakta kalıyor. Bu nedenle araçla otel önüne gidiş problem olabilir. Ancak 2 sokak yukarıda Hgs ile girilen bir katlı otopark mevcut.

Colazione pessima. Servizi di basso livello e pulizia assolutamente da rivedere. La camera era di buone dimensioni e vicino al punto di interesse (convention center). Il personale è decisamente informale, direi quasi una gestione "tra amici". Dunque, è una soluzione di medio-basso livello che può essere accettata solo se non si trova altro di meglio.

Petit hôtel dans une ruelle calme, situé à 2 minutes à pied d’une des grandes avenues du centre (Taksim). Bien tenu, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Équipe jeune, dynamique et sympathique qui porte une grande attention à la satisfaction du client. Petit souci avec la douche fixe qui ne fonctionnait pas, et peu de ceintres dans les armoires. Attention aussi à ne pas appuyer sur le bouton Ne Pas Déranger à l’heure du nettoyage, car les femmes de chambre ne reviennent pas faire votre chambre une fois qu’elles ont changé d’étage. A part ça, que du positif !

Me and my family stayed there for about 5 days. We all had amazing experience. Great, friendly and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Great location. Only 15 minutes walk to Taksim square and Istiklal Caddesi. Pretty much if you like to walk, this hotel is close to most of the places within 15-35 minutes walk. There was a gentleman working at this hotel whose name is Ismael. He is very friendly and helpful and caring.

Nice affordable hotel

It’s a nice affordable hotel on a quiet street near Taksim square. There was a problem when I checked in, the room wasn’t clean, but the staff solved it very quickly. They changed my room and left complimentary wine and chocolate in my room. It was very client-oriented. Special thanks to a cleaning lady who was always welcoming and kind. Also, I would like to mention an outstanding kebab restaurant nearby with good prices and best kebab I’ve ever had.

Konum olarak merkezi kalsa da gece geç saatlerde yürüyerek gelmeye müsait değil, ıssızlaşıyor. Personel güler yüzlüydü yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama odalar küçüktü biraz, onun dışında temizlik güzeldi
