Really nice and quiet hotel at a beautiful location. Perfect for relaxing... they just open the outside swimming pool for the season. All the staff of the hotel were always very nice and helpful. When we go back in Istanbul, we will stay there again.

We were really pleased with the entire experience in the hotel. Special thanks to Ms. Ozge for her great hospitality. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, staff were kind and hardworking. Definitely worth another visit in a warmer weather.

Comfortable rooms - huge reception hall. Lights switches labelled for each area of the room along with a master switch. MAKE UP - room indicator for the room to be serviced was a really good idea. The request for 500 Euro on check in as a deposit was a surprise and unusual from other countries. Huge selection at breakfast along with a dedicated egg station manned by the Chef. Good quiet air con. On our last night there was one ceiling light that would not switch off despite our various attempts.

Great view

The room was small for 3 people but beautiful with a great view. Was not impressed with manager offering a suite on the first floor with no view as an alternative without being asked and it was unacceptable. Then I was charged twice for the room.

Short Stay Experience

Marriott Associates are very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Turkish bath was clean. There many good things about services but ı would like to mention that is room is very old. Sofa is noisy, lamp was old any not safety. Executive Chef very helpful (my baby was requesting small rice puding they helped.) Thank you ! Definitely we will be back if property is renovated.

The hotel is on the older side. I had a problem with my curtain. It did not close. Even after the staff came to fix it I have a problem with it. Besides that the view is nice.

Terrible experience

During our first visit, we had to sleep on a rusty and dirty surface due to the change of direction of our pillow at night, and despite reporting the situation in the lobby, no response was received. The photo of the relevant pillow is attached. During our last stay, as soon as we checked in late, we encountered unacceptable cleaning deficiencies such as sticky marks in the room, dried urine marks in the toilet and used cigarette butts in the shower. Although these issues were reported to you, only temporary and inadequate cleaning was provided and the problems were not completely resolved. As a result, my girlfriend avoided using the toilet, it was not possible to move comfortably in the room without shoes and we could not benefit from your shower. (The butt was not taken despite the cleaning lady taking a photo of it) Considering that we stayed in a good room in a 5-star hotel, we cannot accept this decrease in standards. Accordingly, I request a refund for our accommodation.
