Great spacious rooms with excellent staff helpful free sauna and gym acces for the guests.The apartment was amazing everyday package breakfast is served.

Very bad and not worth the rating

I was shocked by the reception’s unfriendly and unfriendly reception, the check-in was very bad and late, the hotel’s dealings were purely financial, included in the reservation was free water and tea, but the hotel deducted the amount from the value of the deposit it takes at the entrance, and breakfast was included in the reservation other than the hotel.

On arrival they took so long to check us in. When I asked for milk, didn’t have any milk. The covers and bed sheets were dirty and wasn’t changed the floor wasn’t mopped. However, had to leave (check out) due to an emergency and asked for a refund but refused and the receptionist was completely rude. Therefore, based on my experience I would 100 percent not recommend this place to anyone especially if the hygiene level is extremely low and the rooms had an awful smell as if the place hasn’t been clean for ages.

Sıcak su tazyik ve günlük temizlik problemi.

Dublex odada aile olarak üç gün konakladık. İlk girişte oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ancak sonraki günler hiç temizlenmedi. Temizleme için sorulmadı bile. En azından ikinci günden sonra temizlik istiyor musunuz diye sorulabilirdi. Ayrıca belki son kat diye bilemiyorum ama sıcak suyun çok az tazyikli olması büyük bir sorun işletme için. Kesinlikle çözülmesi gerekiyor.
