Jag fick ett rum som såg ut som ett förråd inget fönster,så dålig skick, inget ventilation, mögel i badrum ( bilder finns) is kallt badrum och kokhet rum , problem med andning pga cigarett lukten. prata med personalen flera gånger men de tyckte att det är inte deras fel då bekräftelse stämde ej med det bekräftelse som jag hade från Hotels. Com. Var tvungen och ringa Sverige, hotels kundcerive och rapportera detta och ändå fick inte hjälp av kundservice! Mycket besviken på så dålig service!
