#### A Scam. Not replying to me. Miss Ayda reply to me
Worst experience ever. I was in Istanbul at Jaff hotel on a trip. My father passed away during the trip and I had to come back. I paid in advance and cash due to policy. I stayed for a night but the hotel charged four nights. Hotels.com promised a refund so did the hotel, but nothing happened. Even after multiple communication with the app and hotel and both the hotel and app communicating, I still didn't receive the three nights refund. They're still promising me to do so. THIS APP IS A SCAM.

Nous avons passer 1 tres bon séjour dans cette hôtel personnel agréable métro a proximité....la réception nous a même réservé le taxi pour l aéroport a 1 prix raisonnable ,je recommande

Öncelikle iş gezisi için gittiğim için mecburen seçtiğim bu otelde odadaki klima söylememe rağmen soğuk çalıştı ve gece boyunca . Aşağıdan kirli olan yorgan yerine istediğim yorganın resepsiyonda bizzat buyrun götürebilirsin diyerek bana verilmesi de ayrıca garipti Önermiyorum tercih meselesi

Odamız çok temizdi biraz dardı sadece köşe bir oda olduğu için verevdi tek kusuru odanın ışığı sadece tavandandı başucu ışığı olmadığı için ya çok karanlık ya da çok aydınlık oturmak gerekiyordu aydınlatma dışında herhangi bir kusuru yoktu yeri çok merkezi temizliği gayet güzel bir otel tekrardan tercih ederiz.

Personeel was super aardig en ze deden alles voor een ideale verblijf. Omgeving was gezellig en van alles te doen. Kamer was ruim, elke dag schoon alleen iets wat gedateerd. Het is een levendige wijk dus er is best wel geluid buiten van verkeer en mensen. Verder een prima verblijf!

La douche fuyait le lavabo était bouché le parquet gonflé et dé jointoyé les pieds de portes pourries aucun confort acoustique ascenseur en panne Par contre le personnel de l'accueil était très bien
