Be careful before booking.

The hotel emits an unpleasant odor and the mattress is quite uncomfortable, resulting in back pain when waking up in the morning. On a positive note, the receptionist provides good service. However, the actual appearance of the place differs greatly from the pictures advertised. It seems that their primary focus is on attracting one-time guests, particularly tourists who book online, rather than prioritizing customer feedback. They may not be concerned about addressing your concerns since they can always attract new guests who are unfamiliar with Istanbul. It's worth noting that there are numerous alternative options available in Istanbul that offer lower prices with better conditions.

I recently stayed at this hotel tempted by the 9 out of 10 review in Expedia and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Firstly, they mixed up my room and put me in a much smaller one than I had originally booked. They even refused to accept this fact and it was quite a challenge to arrange my move. Secondly, both rooms (a smaller and the one I paid for) were extremely dusty, had hairs everywhere and gum balls on the floor and windowsills, which made me question the cleanliness of the hotel. Furthermore, the rooms and bathroom equipment were in dire need of maintenance. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to me and the doors were so bad installed that it was difficult for me to breath while my neighbours were smoking. To add to my frustrations, the shower drainer in the second room didn't work, and despite mentioning it to the front desk person in the morning, it wasn't fixed by the time I returned later in the day. I had to fix it myself to have a shower after a long day, as the front desk person was unable to do anything. Overall, I found the service to be terrible and it's disappointing to have had such a negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. There are much better options for this price.

Opção aceitável com linda vista para Bosphoro

Hotel fica no topo de uma escadaria o que pode dificultar muito quem tem malas grandes ou pesadas. O quarto mais barato ou em promoção fica no subsolo, porém o quarto é bem decorado e espaço. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos. A localização é boa, próximo de transportes e fácil locomoção a pé. Local seguro para andar à noite.

Otel kabataş vapur iskelesine yakın ve diğer her yere uzak. Burda kalalım istiklale gider gezeriz derseniz demeyin çünkü 1000 tane filan basamak çıkmanız lazım, sonrası da hep yokuş, istiklale yarım saat 35 da filan ulaşabilirsiniz temponuza bağlı olarak ve tabi merdivenlerde kalp krizi geçirip ölmediyseniz, geç saatte otele dönerken taksiye binebilirsiniz ne kadar ödersiniz bilmem ama otelin önünde inemezsiniz çünkü otelin önüne 500 basamak çıkarak ya da inerek ulaşabiliyosunuz, yani kendi arabanızla da gitmeyin çünkü asla yakınına park edemezsiniz. İstiklalden otele yürürüz derseniz geç saatte yürümeyin ıssız sokaklardan geçerek otele ulaşabilirsiniz ve yaklaşık 20 dk yürürsünüz yokuş aşağı, u durumda kadınsanız topuklu ayakkabı giymemelisiniz yokuş aşağı bileğinizi burkanilir veya yola yuvarlanarak tamamlayabilirsiniz. Otel temiz evet, kahvaltısı yok çünkü kahvaltı yemek vs verebileceği bir alan yok. Fotoğraflar sizi yanıltmasın, ucuz olan odalar yerin altında pahalı olanların tek olayı deniz manzarası olması. Beşiktaş iskelesine mesafesi 2 km , dolayısıyla dolmabahçeye de 2 km. Sadece yatak ve duş için o parayı vermeye değmez. Kanımca otel apartmandan bozma , odamız bodrum katta olduğu için üst katları görme şansımız olmadı ama asansör de yok.
