Waste of time and money

Don’t bother wasting your time and money booking this hotel, the photos are not the reality. The hotel is undergoing some kind of refurbishment so it may be pleasant when finished but for the time being the hotel is noisy, dirty and very outdated. Breakfast was also very basic. The only plus side was the location and staff were pleasant enough.

Room is big and clean. The breakfast was fine. Grand bazaar and Emunonu pier is at walkable distance (19-20 min.) The hotel is located on quiet street.

Disappointed

The room we booked and paid for was not available, they were fully booked and not able to offer us another room. The receptionist tried to make us to cancel so they won't be changed for the cancellation. Also they don't have a car park, you are supposed to park on the streets surrounding the property. We got in touch with Hotels.com and their agent found us another hotel. The experience with Dove Hotel was the worst we ever had and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La ubicacion es muy fea. De noche da miedo llegar. En la recepcion son muy poco amables excepto un chico de pelo largo. El esrado del edificio y de la habitacion son un desastre. Las camas buenas. No nos pusieron toallas y luego de rogar varias veces conseguimos solo toallon. Hay hervidor de agua pero no pusieron tazas ni vasos. Cuando los pedimos, como el de la recepcion tenia sueño y no queria levantarse del silon nos dio su vaso usado. Una vergüenza. Las aguas no las pusieron. Tuvimos que pedir papel higienico No limpiaron la habitacion El ascensor no funcionaba. Tuvimos que bajar con las valijas por la escalera y a oscuras en una parte. Nunca nos ofrecieron ayuda. Podria ser. Es interminable. No vayan

Fürs schlafen reicht die Unterkunft es ist sehr zentral gelegen alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das personal ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer werden sauber gemacht wenn man morgens beim Weg gehen die Schlüssel dort lässt. Das Frühstück ist ok. Wenn man türkische Hausmanns Kost essen möchte gibt es direkt neben dem Hotel ein kleines Restaurant was sehr leckeres typisch türkisches Essen hat.

Hotel zelf was niet zoals ik had verwacht helaas kregen we een heel vieze kamer waarvan de deur zelfs moeilijk dicht ging.. personeel heeft het wel goed gehandeld ik ging naar beneden eigenlijk om een andere hotel te zoeken maar boden me een nettere betere kamer aan waardoor ik toch ben gebleven achteraf wel spijt gehad want er kwam zo weinig water uit de douch kon geen eens shampoo van mn haar dr uitspoelen gelukkig waren het maar 3 nachten. Personeel was wel heel lief vriendelijk behulpzaam met alles gelukkig.

İnterneti sürekli kopan olsa bile hiçbir işinize yaramaz aşırı sorunlu interneti var , 4 gece kaldım en üst katta yağmur yağınca damlatan bir çatısı vardı altına kova istedim konumu fena değil kendileride muhakkak iyi insanlardır ama biraz otel odalarını yenilemeliler internet kullanmıyorsanız ve sadece yatmak için kullanıcaksanız gidilebilir

Was okay for a one night stay

Looks like it’s been refurbished so its a bit more modern. Very noisy. Beds were uncomfortable. Location was not good, best for people that have a car. Restroom was terribly wet and humid when showering as it has absolutely no ventilation.

Misleading information in the website

The hotel offers great location for a reasonable price. But the amenities listed in this website are very misleading. No bottled water, bad WiFi, No refrigerator, no water boiler, and to add to that , I had to switch room and downgrade my booking without refund because of a water problem in my bathroom. It's frustrating when some of these amenities are the reason why you chose this hotel. The housekeeping service is great and the hotel is clean on the positive side.
