Nice stay in Istanbul

Good hotel, close to main attractions. Close to tram and metro. Easy to get from airport. Very good breakfast with plenty of foods! Rooms are clean, little dated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Roof terrace with nice view. Aircon.

Worst stay ever

Staff are hard to communicate with, had mosquitos in my room and asked the receptionist to get me a different room but no help , so i ended up chasing bugs instead of moving to another room , breakfast was ok .

Liars. Yalanci hotel.

Don’t go here! Booked room with breakfast. Got there and was told I had to pay extra for breakfast. They advertise airport transportation. I thought they have a shuttle to the airport. That’s not what it is. They just call a taxi for you and charge you $10 to call a taxi for you. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Location near the tramway is a big plus, safe deposit box in the room is useful. My 2nd floor single room with double bed size overlooking the sea view made my stay relaxing. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Relatively safe area. Key-less room door entry, no shampoo or conditioner in the bath, only soap. One electric outlet plug for you to charge your phone or electric device. It would be helpful to have a point of KIBLA direction in the room. The room is a little outdated but the price is excellent. They need to renew their bed sheets, blankets and their towels are very old. By the way the location is wrong on Google maps. The correct location is across the street from the backdoor of the double Tree Hotel across from the Lalali tramway station. If you use a Taxi let them drop you at the back door of the Double Tree by Hilton you will be at the front door of the Benler Hotel.
