Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.

Only stayed one night, but the staff was helpful. Let me store my bags before check in and they were brought up to my room. Rooftop bar was a pretty place to relax, and comfortable beds.
