Prestigious villa finely renovated and furnished with fresh taste and bright tones; a few steps from the sea of Isola delle Femmine, from the town center and from the marina, it warmly welcomes its guests with a large outdoor area where we find a well-kept garden, a shaded dining area and a wonderful swimming pool overlooking on the skyline of the island coast.
The villa is divided on two levels: on the ground floor there is a lounge area with sofa and TV, a rustic kitchen equipped with everything you need, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are three more double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The villa is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, WI-FI connection, private parking. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing beach holiday and also have the opportunity to visit places of considerable historical and cultural interest, thanks to the nearby motorway entrance. From here, moreover, it is easy to reach the beautiful sandy beach of the town, where you will find equipped beaches and free beaches.

Nice villa with 4 double rooms
Property is clean with good air conditioning. Nice bedrooms and lounge. Kitchen is a little small and lacks a few decent sized pans but if you want to eat out a fair bit its not a problem. No dishwasher! Location is very good for sandy beaches (5 mins by car) and you can get a train into palermo. Hours drive to cefalu or the south coast if you want to branch out and about. Swimming pool is smallish but fine for cooling off.

Lovely spacious villa
Stayed here as 2 couples. The villa is spacious and remained cool inside despite the heat outside. Great pool and outside area too. Walking distance to the small town centre with bars and restaurants. The beach nearby is rocky but sandy beaches are not far away. Walter met us on check in and was helpful throughout our stay.

Lovely Villa!
We stayed in the villa for 16 days at the end of May 2024. The Villa was lovely and clean when we got there, the check in process was very easy. The Villa itself was great, we had 4 adults and 4 children and it was plenty big enough for us all. It has a smart tv in a nice big living room which was a nice central part of the villa and crucial for the young children. The kitchen has everything you need. Outside there’s lots of nice areas to chill out, sunbathe or play games. The pool area is decent and gets the sun all day long. There’s a lovely balcony on the first floor where you can see the sunset every evening. Overall a great villa!

Lovely stay
We had a very enjoyable week in Isola delle Femmine. The villa was very comfortable for 5 adults and benefited from 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine. We enjoyed sitting around the pool, and even managed a few swims which were cold as to be expected in March! Easy walking distance into town, for restaurants, coffee bars and ice cream. There is also a well stocked grocery store. If I had to find a negative it would be that the bathrooms could probably do with updating. One of the showers is very small, but functional. Oh and a few more sunbeds would be good. All in all, a very enjoyable week with perfect hosts.

Gated two story home across from the sea.
This is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that is surround by a security fence which blocks the views of the sea from the first floor but from the 2nd floor balcony they are pretty amazing. There is one bedroom and bathroom with a shower downstairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms upstairs. One of the bathrooms has a large corner tub. We did not use this bathroom as it had a bad sewer smell that got worse each day so we shut the door and did not use. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have doors that open up onto a balcony and then there is a spiral stair case the goes up to a roof top. We did not use the balcony because there were no chairs to sit and enjoy the views. All of the bedrooms were spacious had a queen bed and all had very firm mattress and flat hard lumpy pillows (not the most comfy) the kitchen was well equiped and we enjoyed a few home cooked meals. The living room had a large smart tv that were able to stream Netflix on and relax after a long day of exploring Sicily. We had an ant pro lem in the kitchen our first morning and the host quickly responded and brought some spray to kill them. This property is walkable to the sea and beach club(which was closed during our stay) but not walkable to the small town nearby du to the narrow roads and lack of sidewalk. We did not get a chance to use the above ground pool but it looked very nice and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would probably stay somewhere else if we returned.to Sicily.

Stay in early May.
Excellent property for a large group. The facilities are good although the Nespresso coffee machine cannot be used because the seals have worn and leak badly. The rooms are very large and airy and the general standard of the furniture etc are good. The 3 bathrooms are well equipped. Our 3 year old very much enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. The pool is good although the decking can result in splinters especially for children. The area is well catered for for shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend the Godiva restaurant down at the port. The food and general décor is close to fine dining. Some of the town and the seafront across the bay is a bit run down but that appears to apply generally to Sicily. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely villa in a great location
Our stay was great, very easy to contact host and he was very helpful. Villa and pool were perfect and the beach (with sand) was about a 15-20 minute walk (the rocks are closer). Great restaurant and cocktail bar 5 minutes walk away. The town had lots of nice restaurants, and again was walkable. We caught the train to Palermo which was easy. Highly recommend. Bathroom showers could be upgraded as they were old and leaked some water on floor but nothing major to worry about when everything else was so great. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Great Stay!
This was a really great house! Everything is as pictured online and very spacious. The pool was fantastic and within walking distance, about 2 minutes, to the Beach Club for evening cocktails. The closest beach is about a 3-5 minute drive if you want a traditional sandy beach. It was very clean with restaurants close by and paid parking. The owner of the villa also owns a seafood restaurant in town that was fabulous! You could walk into town for a gelato etc. in about 10 minutes. We would definitely go back.

You really do need a car to explore though as they don’t believe in pavements! We visited Palermo Carini and Capachi and enjoyed them all.

Exceptional villa in a beautiful location
Villa Sara is a total treat. Newly modernised it stands out from other Sicily options. 4 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage and balconies with amazing views. Big family kitchen and lovely outdoor and indoor tables to eat. Large comfy lounge with nice decorative touches that mean it doesn’t feel like it’s just a rental. Good showers in well equipped bathrooms. The outdoor space is huge and the new pool gets the sun all day. The location is fabulous and the view amazing. Quick walk to a brilliant beach club and 10 mins into the loveliest, friendly village for everything you need. Walter and the team we’re super helpful.

We had a great time staying in this property. The pool is lovely and warm and there is plenty of space. It was a great place to stay with the family and use as a base to explore the area. A car is pretty essential to be able to explore from here. A couple of points to feedback.. there is an abundance of space outside but the seating isn’t particularly comfortable.. plastic chairs at the dining table and sun beds without cushions.. it would be nice to be able to relax outside more comfortably. Also, we were only provided with one keycard to open the front door and operate the electricity which resulted in us locking ourselves out straight away because the door closed behind us as we went to the pool. Oddly for a rental property there were no instruction /helpful booklet to advise on the workings of the house. Eg to explain the bin collection frequency.. None this should put you off this property, they are just our pointers for what to be mindful of..

Beautiful villa with amazing views
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sara. The photographs do not do it justice. The rooms were very stylishly decorated with comfortable beds (although could maybe do with a few extra pillows). The outside area is huge with secure parking, a number of seating areas and the pool is lovely. There are views to the sea from the terraces at all three sides of the house and watching the sunset over the sea was a highlight of our holiday. Walter was always on hand to help when we needed any advice. There are a number of restaurants in the town, all of which were very friendly and accommodating as we had a 2 year old with us. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as there is so much to see of the area that you wouldn’t be able to on foot or by public transport. Would highly recommend Mondello and Cefalù for incredible beaches with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Palermo itself is bustling and lively (the cathedral and food markets being the highlights for us) but if you intend to drive into the city, head for one of the central underground car parks as street parking in the city is very busy. The cable car up to Erice, the mountain town above Trapani, was a surreal experience. The views from the cable car and the top are amazing and it is so surprising the extent of the town above. You would never know from the ground that it was there! Visit Maria Grammatico’s sweet shop in Erice. Her story is humbling and inspiring and her sweets are exquisite! All round a fabulous holiday and a very authentic stay in beautiful Sicily!

My friends and I recently stay at Villa Sara and had an amazing time. The house is great at exceeding our expectations and needs. It is located walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice size and have balcony. The host is absolutely wonderful and friendly. He left some drinks in the fridge for us, which we find it very nice from his side. We warmly recommand the place and we would love to come back one day!

A stunning property with wonderful pool area & beautiful views. We are a family of 7 & there was so much space. The property is spotless & has everything you need. The owner was incredibly helpful & kind. He left fruit, water and all sorts of lovely things for us to enjoy! And he also happily bought groceries in for us for our first night as we were arriving late. The village is most interesting and the nearby beach is just lovely! We would recommend this accomodation to anyone! We have had a delightful holiday!

I loved this home. I would certainly return. It was pefect. It was a great spot for four friends. We each had our own bedroom. This home is immaculate. The pool was beautiful. The home is close to the beach. It was a great spot for side trips to Palermo, Trefani and more. I highly recommend.

The pictures do not do the home justice, as the home is more spacious and the view from the top floor is amazing and you are able to view a sea sunset every night. The place is well located and is only 20 mins from the airport, and 20 mins from Palermo. We arrived late but that was not a problem as Walter was flexible about meeting us at that time. There was plenty of drinks in the fridge, water, soft drinks and a bit more waiting for us. Wifi service was very good. The 'village' had plenty of small shops to buy provisions and restaurants to enjoy a nice meal out. Walter was an excellent host and let us leave late in the evening on the day of our check out as our return flight was a late departure. I would recommend this home as a means of discovering North West Sicily.

Need a beautiful home to stay at next to the beach?
We were told That we were the first guests there at the new property. This place was super clean and added a zing to my trip! There was a very nice pool deck and pool! We we’re only ten minutes away from Palermo and walking distance to the beach! There were a couple problems that were addressed immediately . The owner even brought us fresh fish. The rooms and the house made me speechless . We will definitely stay here in the future!

Great house with direct proximity to the beach. Everything as described. Great restaurants within walking distance. Super pool, our children had a lot of fun. The landlord helps at any time if you have problems. We needed a pediatrician for our little son and he immediately got us an ek en who came to our house.
