Single level, across street from beach, pet friendly!

One bedroom, one bath single level apartment rental -steps from the beach on Isle of Palms. This vacation rental is the back left corner apartment C of a triplex (other tenants may be occupying the two other units). It is located across the street from a beach access path, and perfectly situated for maximum time at the beach. A quick drive to shopping, restaurants, tennis, dog park, gym, basketball, playground, and more! Bring your dog for nonrefundable $100 fee.

Apartment C features easy access (just a couple steps onto front entry deck), a kitchen with full size fridge, oven and microwave (no dishwasher, no icemaker), full size bath, Smart TV in living room with streaming capabilities ONLY, no cable, Wireless internet, full size washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower (shared between upper unit and lower unit). Perfect for a small family or couple, looking for an affordable rental with close proximity to the beach and other island amenities.

Public Parking is shared in the front of the house on Palm Blvd, do not block sidewalk
Yard is shared between all three units.

The three bedroom, two bath upstairs and downstairs triplex units are also offered as rentals and may be rented together with the Apartment C unit for a total of seven bedrooms and five baths, pending availability (see Palm Blvd 2605 Up and Palm Blvd 2605 Down, or ask Island Realty vacation planner).

Priced Right, But Not A Luxury Property
I can't expect much for the price of this apartment, so I will start by saying that the property is priced appropriately for its condition. If you want a "nice" place to stay, I'd look elsewhere. But if you just need a pet friendly place to sleep and shower that is close to the beach, this is going to be perfect for you. There were no true "maintenance problems", but there were some janky repairs made. The floor tiles were patched-in, the outside decking for rinsing off had nails protruding (be careful), and the internet was spotty because cabling was strewn across the ground outside of the property. Because of the poor internet signal, the TV barely worked. There were no local channels, and the Roku streams only worked intermittently. The channels cut out frequently. But, I didn't rent the property to watch TV. The beach was wonderful. It was close, clean, and the residents and vacationers were extremely friendly. The off-leash beach hours were our main attraction, and our three golden retrievers had a great time socializing. It was a fun trip. We spent as little time as possible at the property because it wasn't "nice", but again, you get what you pay for and this property was priced appropriately for what you got. The shower was clean, had great hot water and good water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances, and even included a washer and dryer. Next time, I'd probably opt for something nicer, but this was great for what we paid.

Nice location across from beach access
The apartment was a good choice for my husband and I. We were only visiting for two days and did not need a large space. It was easy to communicate with the rental company, and located directly across from a beach access.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. Walked out door straight across street to beach access. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Plan to go back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location
Visited Isle of Palms with my husband and son. Enjoyed our stay. Beach access was right across the street. The beach was beautiful and our dog enjoyed early morning runs.

Great location for accessing the beach
It was easy access to the beach and stores on the island. We brought bicycles and enjoyed riding on the neighborhood streets. This property is on the main road so getting out of the driveway was sometimes a bit challenging or crossing the street but cars do stop for you to cross. I would have given it all 5 stars except for these factors: the charcoal grill had cigarette butts and used briketttes in it upon arrival, the condition of the house was ok (it is pet friendly so hence not new furnishings) and the exterior of the property needed sprucing up-dead branches and debris. The back yard was unusable as there was old wood, metal debris and overgrowth. We would have liked to take our dog in the back yard but could not because of the poor condition there. Regarding the unclean grill we notified maintenance upon arrival. Someone came the same day and removed the cigarette butts but did not look inside the grill to clean it out. Overall four stars

Several of the air vents in the ceiling did not even blow out air. The drain in the shower was almost clogged. The floor is kind of separated in places. The bed sags in the middle badly not very comfortable. I felt what I paid for three nights was too much for the quality of the place.

Great place for a couple (dogs too) for a stay in Isle of Palms. Great location, across the street from the beach, close to restaurants and stores in Isle of Palms. Clean, quiet...would definitely stay again.
