We were renting a place for a concert we were attending in Charleston, but wanted to stay at the beach. The property was as shown (although pictures are pretty fuzzy). This property was clean, but VERY dated. Cabinets are super old with old pest inspection reports from ‘97 posted inside. That being said, it was clean. The floor underneath the shower is pretty creaky. We went the weekend before 4th of July (we did not stay for the 4th) and the price was pretty steep for the accommodations, but we wanted to be at the beach and it definitely has great beach access. The best part of this place is the private pier which is only accessible by code for the guests. We would stay again, but not on a holiday weekend because it was definitely over priced.
