Very clean, comfy bed, nice patio
This was a short trip for us and first time to IOP. Very clean, easy to find. The patio has a nice view of part of the beach and pier. Easy walk to a very private beach, pool, and local restaurants.

Amazing beach front Property
We love this little spot at the Sea Cabins in IOP. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants but still feels tucked away and has an amazing view of the beach and pier.

Great place. Needs a more effective means of communicating.
Wonderful place and location. Perfect for 2! But we arrived late on Sunday afternoon with no one available to help us find our rental that was listed with 2 different addresses. The real estate office was closed and no one answered the office phone or returned our call for 4 days. Another contact number given was equally ineffective.We eventually found our way, but the lack of communication was unacceptable to weary travelers.

Relax and get away from it all
We had such an amazing time in Isle of Palms. This property was right on the ocean. Beach walks, fishing, coffee on the balcony! Couldn’t ask for more.

Sweet little spot
We would rebook in a heartbeat! The view of the sun rises were my favorite. Swimming in the ocean was wonderful! It was a pretty tight space in the bedroom but I am smaller so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Perfect location
Fun & perfect location. Great view from the balcony. Enjoyed the pool, it was refreshing. Private beach access. Restaurants and bars with entertainment all within walking distance. You can park your car and leave it. There’s a grocery store within a one minute drive. Private access to the pier with great views. You can rent from a company 2 comfortable beach chairs and a big umbrella. Look for the name of the company on the big blue umbrellas set up on the beach.

Lisa, We really appreciate your review! You highlighted why we enjoy the area so much, and the no car needed factor is such a pleasure. We have had travelers "Uber" to the condo from the airport and stay all week without a vehicle. They rented bikes to get around which is a great idea.

Just a few days
We stayed here for a couple days on the way back home. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Super clean and great location. Restaurants and shopping all in walking distance, no need to drive. Great beach.

Perfect Location
Everything was just as expected - perfect location on Isle of Palms. Easy access to pool, beach, and pier. Walking distance to everything on IOP. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the bunk beds. They were just smaller than we had hoped. Too narrow for my 11-year old daughter to sleep in. But for younger, smaller kids, they would be perfect.

Expensive and dated, but clean with great beach access..
We were renting a place for a concert we were attending in Charleston, but wanted to stay at the beach.The property was as shown (although pictures are pretty fuzzy). This property was clean, but VERY dated. Cabinets are super old with old pest inspection reports from ‘97 posted inside. That being said, it was clean. The floor underneath the shower is pretty creaky. We went the weekend before 4th of July (we did not stay for the 4th) and the price was pretty steep for the accommodations, but we wanted to be at the beach and it definitely has great beach access. The best part of this place is the private pier which is only accessible by code for the guests. We would stay again, but not on a holiday weekend because it was definitely over priced.

The cabinets function very well. You chose to lease during the July 4th peak season and the price reflects supply & demand. We have a gated pier, gated access to a top-ranked beach ⛱️. Our Oceanfront location is convenient to Sullivans Island, Wild Dunes, Mount Pleasant as well as Charleston!

Perfect family spot! Beautiful pier, view, and beach. The encircled buildings made it seem secure and enabled us to see the older kids when they did there own swimming in pool and whatnot. Would definitely stay again!

Very enjoyable stay
The condo is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The beach and streets did get busy due to proximity of public beach parking and access but we still had a really good time. Overall I would recommend.

Fantastic Stay at a Great Condo!
This was our first time visiting IOP and staying at Sea Cabins. Mr. Pressley and management company were very quick responding to my questions and made the booking so easy. The condo was exactly as described, is furnished beautifully and has a great layout. My husband and I loved watching the sunsets and sunrises from the balcony, and the closeness of the swimming pool, the pier and the beach to the condo/complex, as well as shopping and dining--the Sea Biscuit Cafe has a great breakfast. We definitely hope to visit again real soon!

Weekend getaway
Isle of Palms is a lovely area. You can walk to restaurants. Pet friendly island. Coconut Joes has great food and the Mad Mango drink is delicious. We went to Credit One stadium for concerts on Daniels Island. Great location to go back and forth. 20 minutes away. This was our second time staying at a Sea Cabin condo. We will be back again.

This place was wonderful, we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and seeing the beach!
Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was easy to access and convenient to everything! A great location to walk both on the sidewalk and on the beach! We will be looking forward to visiting again!

Dated unit with old furnishings with a great location
The good: Great location with easy access to the beach and wonderful dining options. The bad: The booking and checkin process was a pain. I got emails from the owner of the unit asking for more info from me, then more emails from the rental management company, and then more emails from VRBO directly. We have 2 young kids who were excited about the bunk bed. Unfortunately there wasn’t a ladder to the top bunk and no safety railing of any kind. We moved them to the sleeper sofa and it worked fine. The TV in the bedroom was very old and about the size of an IPad. The coffeemaker was old, stained, and dirty. Overall the unit needs a lot of TLC. You can tell that they updated a few things like the flooring and couch, but otherwise it has the feel of a cheap motel room.

Sir: YOU stayed one night? Why did you book? If you previewed our pictures you could see there are no rails or ladders in our bunk area. The coffee maker is fantastic and works as it should. The Bedroom TV is on cable and works as it should. Our furniture, lamps and tables are as shown in the pictures online. Our check in process is simple and identical to most other owners who care! We care but don't understand your critique? We have 5 star reviews this year before and after your one nighter! Happy trails to you!

Great location in IOP!
This property was perfect for my husband and me during the annual Cooper River Bridge Run weekend. Only minutes from Mt. Pleasant, and walking distance from plenty of great places to eat. We enjoyed walking on the beach and taking in the ocean view from our balcony!

Beach Condo
We have been up and down the east coast from Maine to Key West. One of the few places we have visited more than once is Charleston. It has everything-History, Food, Weather and beaches. This unit is the perfect place in the perfect place. I could wake up in the morning grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean from my deck. I could walk to the ocean and walk to dinner. If that is what you want this is the place.

Wonderful getaway spot
Check in was so easy at Carroll Realty! I arrived a couple of hours early and although the condo wasn't ready, they gave me my checkin packet so that I could park and enjoy the beach. So thoughtful! I have stayed at this condo before and I love it so much that I came back. The location is perfect with a great view of the ocean. It was clean. Smelled great and was equipped with everything I needed. Will definitely stay at this condo again!
