The two story Key West style house has 2 master bedrooms on the second floor, furnished with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private balconies. The first floor has a half bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with sleeper sofa. The gated community of Anglers Reef offers a resort feel with detached villas, quaint streets, a 75 foot heated pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and two private beaches. The property is neighborly, safe, and immaculately landscaped for pleasant walks day and night. Anglers Reef is in close proximity to restaurants, Starbucks, entertainment, bars, and water activities, many within walking distance. There is a private marina on a deep channel directly out to the Atlantic Ocean. Not all homes at Anglers Reef have a boat slip, ours does! The slip is available to rent for $350 per week (please notify us if you will be wanting the boat slip). The slip accommodates up to a 31 foot boat and has fresh water and electrical connections. There is a nearby public boat ramp at Founders Park to launch your boat. Two fish cleaning stations are available at either end of the marina. Manatees, fish, and lobster can be seen right from the dock. You can even drop a line and catch a fish! You are less than 5 minutes from the locals' sandbar and 10 minutes from the world famous Islamorada Sand Bar. Take your boat out for ocean or bayside fishing, snorkel the crystal clear waters of Alligator Reef, grab a meal at a waterfront restaurant, and end the day with a sunset cruise! Included in your stay are kayaks, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, Weber gas grill, Big Green Egg grill, and patio table with chairs. Inside the house, there are stainless steel appliances, cookware, silverware, linens/towels, washer/dryer, wifi, 3 smart flat screen TVs, Xfinity cable TV, and Alexas. There are 2 designated parking spaces, one of which is covered by a carport. The property is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults plus 2 children. No Pets. No smoking. The design and aesthetic of the whole property is so relaxing and comfortable. We were in town for a friends wedding and opted to stay at Anglers Reef and it did not disappoint! The house is beautiful and located in such a calm neighborhood. The pool is perfect and has such a great view. On top of it all Juan was so great in suggesting things to see and do for our first time stay in the Keys. He was easy and pleasant to communicate with. Newly renovated, spotless, all appliances and furnishings were 5 star. The private beaches(2) the heated pool w/ plenty of lounge chairs and the large selection of kayaks and paddle boards made for a very relaxing and fun filled stay. The gated security and on site resident manager make you feel safe and the grounds were immaculate. We will be back soon and expect to book again at Anglers Reef. ##### Michael F. Great for boat owners. Beautiful home with every amenity you can imagine. Rarely do online pictures live up to expectations so we were very pleased. The ease of check-in was a bonus. We brought our boat and had the easiest slip to get in and out of. The fresh water hose helped for daily rinsing. The pool area was quite inviting after a day on the salt water. The property was clean, up to date, minimal/simplistic decor, awesome location, and good amenities. The house had amazing appliances, which made it easy to make meals while we were there. We needed to contact the property manger twice during our stay and each time our issue was resolved quickly. My only suggestion would be for the homeowners association to get more pool chairs - many days there were none available. It felt like home away from home. The house is immaculate beautiful and very comfortable. My wife son and I stayed for full week. The house is very clean well kept. We brought our boat down rented the slip for the week it was great. The pool is nice and clean and right on the water. Great property and amenities . The check in process was so easy. This home was wonderful and when a part was missing to a coffeee pot, they delivered a new one within hours! Gotta have that coffee on the beach at sunrise. The whole community is kept pristine. The pool is like bathwater overlooking the water. It felt great. We have enjoyed talking to others staying there, everyone is so kind and helpful. The only draw back to this home's location in Angler's Reef was the road noise so if you are used to that it won't bother you at all. Great place to get away. ##### Sue B. The home was clean, updated and well stocked with everything you would need. Very comfortable beds. We rented a boat for the week and used the boat slip. Super convenient boat slip and so much fun. I highly recommend a boat rental. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood. My only small complaint would be the road noise off the master bedroom. We are not used road noise and it bothered me. My husband slept through it. I guess it depends if you are a sensitive sleeper.
