We were stocked up with tons of water cooler water bottles (rather than small individual ones) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/dryer was fantastic to be able to pack light. Unit was clean and quiet. Communication with the manager was excellent and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The location is on the south end of the island which is quieter but still has bars/restaurants and beaches in walking distance. We recommend getting a golf cart ( it took about 18 min from the condo to the north beach in our golf cart.) The pool was great and the bed was comfortable! Our first trip to Isla Mujeres and we stayed at Sotavento Isla condos on the southern end of the island, away from the hubbub of the downtown area and crowed North Beach. The condo was sufficiently equipped and the appliances included a clothes washer and dryer. The swimming pool was clean and warm. My only gripe was that the condo was sparsely furnished. The one couch was very low and quite uncomfortable and there were no side chairs. The representative/Consierge was very professional and most helpful with good recommendation for nearby restaurants within walking distance.
