"Property well presented and well equipped. Nice welcome pack which was appreciated as we had a late arrival. Peaceful neighbourhood and good community pool, which was just steps away from the apartment. Spacious outside space to eat and relax. Good communication with Jackie prior to departure. "Lovely villa, perfect for family stay to allow everyone to go at their own pace. Nice residential area - no traffic noise or other disturbances. Pleasant walk to and from Playa Blanca even with 4 under 10s in tow - much flatter than I expected. Lots of amenities nearby. Great communication with property managers both before and during stay. There is a shopping complex with a hiper dino, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk and the main strip is just 10 minutes away. The Villa doesn’t have air conditioning which we missed in the details and is needed during the summer months. "We had a great stay in this property, it is in an unspoilt area close to 2 towns with all you need. A car is required to access the surrounding areas, climbing the local volcano is a must , lovely places to eat in cottilo, the area is safe and quiet ideal for kids, small pool is gorgeous and quiet. "we enjoyed our break, we only stayed 3nights of our 7 booked due to family emergency at home. the owner arrived on the Sunday to clean the pool as we were about to leave he was very friendly. the boardwalk to playa blanca is 3 mins walk from the villa. if you walk left on boardwalk there are a few bars and restaurants within 10mins walk. 5 mins further on there is a beach bar with food also. there other shops and restaurants 25mins further round then your at playa blanca. a very pleasant...

Amazing stay with family!
"We just spent 4 nights at Iberostar. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly, plenty of activities to do for everyone. We went half board and they had a lot of choices (vegetarian/vegan) for both breakfast and dinner. I went with my 6 year old and he really enjoyed the water slides at the hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. We had double partial sea view room. The hotel also has a good location. "
