"I want to start with the positive. The bedroom had 2 queen size beds and was beautiful, however the floor was dirty full of dust. The hotel manager was awful and told us that they could not locate our reservation, then wanted to charge us more for the room,they never had breakfast for the entire time of our stay, on day 1 we did not have hot water but on day 2 we did, on day 3 we did not have hot water, the hotel was filthy full of trash and they even had a dirty mattress by the pool. Its not allowing me to add a picture because I have proof of everything. They did not want to provide us for an iron either. I was not sble to sleep well because of the noises at nigh. We could hear like it was next to us these long loud dog fights. Also be prepared that if you choose the option to pay there that the credit card machine would not process. I ended up having to pay cash, so I had no spending money for the rest of the trip since Pachacamac is a very small town. I hope this review makes you think twice about staying there!!
