Only provided 3 toilet paper rolls and 1 towel per guest for 5 days. No bathroom mats. No mirrors in bedrooms. Poor lighting. A lot of traffic noise in the early morning.
The 3 bedroom apartment 3 bathroom was convenient because I traveled with a group but would prefer to stay in a hotel next time.

Room was very clean at arrival and remained that way after cleaning staff came every day. The staff were all incredibly helpful and always welcoming. There were many appliances in the kitchen that made it possible to cook food. Water was always accessible. Air conditioning worked well to cool the room when shades were also put down.

I had a great stay at Fiesta Americana Reforma. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, excellent service and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.
