Apartment Layout

Ground Floor: The entrance opens into a spacious, air-conditioned living room featuring a double sofa bed.

Kitchenette: Fully equipped (4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, and cutlery) and includes a washing machine and ironing facilities.

First Floor: The sleeping area consists of a bright, air-conditioned master bedroom designed for a restful night’s sleep, and a second guest bedroom: a cozy Comfort Double Room with a queen-size bed, perfect for friends or family.

Bathroom: Both rooms share a stylish full bathroom located in the hallway. It’s a modern, recently renovated bathroom with high-end finishes and a contemporary shower. It is fully equipped with a hair dryer and a complimentary toiletries set (soap, shower gel, and shower cap)—the perfect spot to freshen up after a day at the beach.

Sea-View Balcony: Both bedrooms open onto a charming little connecting balcony—a private space offering a splendid, panoramic view of the sea.

Included in your stay: A reserved spot at the exclusive Gardenia Mare Restaurant & Beach Club, which includes: 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds (Note: Each apartment includes one beach set in the price).

2026 Seasonal Note: The beach remains accessible year-round for swimming and enjoying the tranquility of the area. However, the Beach Club’s premium services (restaurant, bar, and beach assistance) will be available for the 2026 season from April 25 to September 27.

Booking Information

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.

• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• Taxes: The tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day is not included.

• Occupancy: Rates apply to the number of guests indicated at the time of booking;
different rates may apply for additional guests.
