"The place was no way near you see on the pictures and we can not use the balcony outside the room because of a really strong sewer waters smell every afternoon"

"I am so grateful & happy I decided to spent this 2 days in Rincon PR & in this family owned hotel! From the room, the views, the restaurant, the staff, the atmosphere, the entertainment, the locals visiting with their art and crafts everything was excellent! We have an amazing time. We felt at peace and we felt home. I want to thank the staff cause everyone, everyone were kind, friendly & everyone showed how much they love their jobs. The way the hotel is taking care of was very impressive, the sitting areas, the arts, the games around, the availability in receiving beach chairs and umbrellas was extremely important and appreciate it. We can't wait to return in a near future. Thank you for everything!"

"El anunció de la propiedad y lo que ofrecía vs cuando llegamos no era lo que esperábamos. El área de la piscina sucia, la propiedad no estaba muy limpia, el sillón tenía mal olor, el baño tenía mal olor, uno de los dos cuartos no tenía aire Acondicionado. La cocina muy linda y equipada. Los alrededores sucios. Pero las fotos no son compatibles con lo que se ve cuando uno llega."

"El Faro continues to be one of our go-to hotels when in PR! The location is great, with Crash Boat beach just a mile away, tens of food options, and just a couple of miles away from the highway. The property, as well as our room,was clean, maintained and well furnished. They added a second pool which is bigger than the original and a quieter as is a bit removed the restaurant. Speaking of-the restaurant remains on point! The drinks-from coffee, to natural juices and cocktails are very good! The food is not only tasty but as the rest of the menu, are well priced. The premises are landscaped, and have several fruit trees like starfruit and mangoes which we always take advantage of. Last but not least, the staff. The guys are great! Professional, cordial, and accomodating. There's never been a question they've nit followed up on! We love staying there and will do so again!"
