« Very clean home. Perfect location for viewing the 2024 eclipse. We've been to the Northern part of Vermont before but not the Irasburg area. It's very quiet and peaceful. The home is a lovely restored farm house with plenty of room for 8 in our family gathering age range 18-84. We had a great time. Had a check in snafu that was our fault due to the way the vrbo app displays info but resolved quickly. Hope we didn't bother the hosts ;-) »

« Although the weather did not really cooperate (rained for the first 2 days), we still found the home cozy, peaceful and and the area serene. A beautiful location right on the lake. We go once a year with our four wheelers to northern Vermont and this was a great riding area. Lots of trails with stops along the way (Parker Pies, Bakersfield, Morgan Store). Jim and his wife were there when we arrived. Very nice people. Would recommend to hikers, ATV'ers, and just folks who want to get away. PS....

« I am disappointed with our stay, and I can tell you why. 1. When we arrived, NOTHING was provided to us, salt, pepper, a little oil, a few sachets of sugar and of course, coffee the next day, for the first lunch! 2. To clean our kitchen for three days, only one dishcloth… 3. No recycling containers (paper, plastic, glass, metal, cans, etc.) 4. Two extremely soft and misshapen old mattresses. 5. « We loved this property! Hosts were friendly, rental was clean and ready on time. Fresh eggs, ben jerrys ice cream, and seeing farm animals are bonuses to this property. Our children are two and seven- they enjoyed the animals, playing in the field, and relaxing on the back deck. The highlight was eating a meal on the back deck and the horse would come to graze in the field directly behind the deck. Such a great place to rewind and build memories! »

« We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. « My friends and I were looking for a large home that was close to Smuggler's Notch and Stowe for disc golf and mountain biking and we found it here. Not only is it secluded with plenty of space outdoors for activities, but also has tons to do inside if the weather was bad which it rained each night. « Stayed for 4 days of fishing. We loved the location, the appearance of the house and there was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks and 2 boats. All instructions were clearly communicated. House was clean and well stocked. All the necessary kitchen items are there. The lake is beautiful and if you are a fisher-person there are plenty of fish waiting to be caught. The ‘Queen and twin’ in the upstairs bedroom are bunk beds which was a bit of a surprise but we made due. Would definitely stay again. »

« This property was very clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. We were located right next to the ski trail and short distance from the Jay peak pump house water park and arena. We didn’t get to explore the resort as much as we intended due to a storm but there is some shops and restaurants near by. »
