We stay for 6 days at this hotel and they never put enough toiler paper and the bath towel were in real bad shape. To charge so much money for this place they could at least update their inventory. Not impress. Terrible internet connexion.

The hotel is dated and dirty. It needs to be redecorated and refurbished. The staff on reception were young and inexperienced, and wanted to charge me more than $100 to upgrade room per night! The lady in the underground parking was very smiley and pleasant-maybe she should work in reception!

Very bad experience
We were so happy to get such a great hotel at a great price... it turns out the room was so tiny, no view, just a high priced overated hotel... we complained and the girl was so rude, I seriously wanted to slap her because I have never been treated so bad... we left, went to the holiday inn, had a great room and super friendly staff.... I will never book Terrado suites again

Excellent Hotel, great visit
This is my first response ever to staying at a hotel that i have reserved with Expedia. The hotel staff were very nice, this is from the front entrance, the resturant all the way to the cleaning staff. I must admit as we were arriving to the hotel we wondered if the place would be nice. But it was perfect, right next to the beach, great resturants and a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent Hotel
This is an expensive 5 star hotel but we though it superb with the possible exception of the front desk which was inadequately manned at times. The staff were generally helpful and courteous at all times and the standard of accommodation was excellent.

This hotel has good location and views by seashore. The clark Jorge in front desk is very helpful. Thanks. the down side is A/C didn't work properly. The room was a bit humid.

Ganó lo bueno
Fue una buena experiencia. Lo que debe mejorar es la recepción y faltan canales de televisión y netflix. Lo mejor el restorant y la ubicación. Lo que no nos agrado es el exceso de bullicio del restorant el Chinguirito.

Hermosa vista para relajarse
Muy buena experiencia. La habitación no era húmeda, estaba limpia, y tenía vista parcial al mar. Mejoraría los desayunos de los lunes, ya que el domingo había mucha variedad de productos que el lunes no estaba disponible. Hermosa vista desde el restaurant y desde la piscina. Personal muy amable.

Estuvimos un fin de semana, habitación un poco pequeña pero suficiente para dos o tres días. Atención excelente y de trato amable. Bien ubicado cerca del casino y de zona de restaurantes. Desayuno bueno y restaurante de buena calidad.

Experiencia buena. En detalle, llegamos a una de las habitaciones pequeñas. Faltaba mucha mantención, había olor a humedad y la ducha no tenia presión de agua. Por este último motivo, nos cambiaron a una de las habitaciones grandes y es evidente la diferencia. Resueltos los aspectos anteriores, sin embargo, faltaba mas detalle en el aseo, faltaba una cafetera en las habitaciones y la mitad de la estadía no tenían disponible menta, por lo que la mitad de los tragos no se podían pedir. Wifi en ambas habitaciones fue deficiente.

Excelente vista, muy cómodo.
Muy amable el personal de recepción, nos hicieron un upgrate de habitación porque habíamos pedido cuna, Así que nos dieron una más grande (y con vista al mar) de la que habíamos reservado. El resto del personal no era muy amable, incluso a ratos me hacían sentir incómoda. Buena ubicación del hotel con una vista inmejorable, pero falta mantención y renovación.

Nuestra experiencia, después de haber viajado y utilizado Hoteles promocionados por Hotels, no fue tan grata como nos habían recomendado. Primero nos entregaron una habitación que no era lo reservado; despues de reclamar nos cambiaron a lo que se habia contratado. La habitación limpia pero chica y lo mas cuestionable es que el aire acondicionado funcionaba sin poder controlarlo y durante los tres dias y dos noches que nos quedamos, no fueron capaces de repararlo, teniendo el personal de recepción que desconectarlo, las dos noches, de la energía misma para detenerlo. Insólito!!! Tercero, se nos avisa por mensaje escrito que habría ruidos durante la noche hasta las 3 de la madrugada producto de un matrimonio. Pregunta: es un hotel o lugar de eventos? El personal trató de corregir las falencias con su amabilidad pero no es lo que se espera de un Hotel de esa categoría.

Excelente ubicación. Excelente atención, especialmente Andrea en el front desk. El Hotel muy limpio. Un verdadero placer. Lo único que mejoraría es la limpieza del agua de las dos piscinas de exterior. Todo lo demás fue excelente!! Felicitaciones.

Inaceptable matrimonio
El día sábado hicieron un matrimonio en el hotel, yo estaba en el piso 2 y daba al matrimonio, no logré dormir nada. Para peor me tocaron vecinas muy ebrias y ruidosas que el hotel no pudo controlar. Es inaceptable que si uno paga por un hotel 5 estrellas no puedas descansar. Eliminen los matrimonio o avisen pre pago al hotel.
