We could walk downtown and easily access the surrounding towns and beaches by car. We loved being next door to the 1640 House and its wonderful restaurant. It was just two of us but there is plenty of room for four. It had all we needed for our stay on the North Shore. We loved how everything was set up for our stay. Our kids enjoyed playing the board games in between outings. We enjoyed Russel Orchards and Appleton Farms and loved our time in Ipswich. Great gratitude for such a lovely stay. ##### Andrew S. It is clean and located in a convenient location, yet out of the way from the town hustle and bustle. We had a wonderful mother/daughter trip visiting a friend, touring the areas of Boston and Salem, as well as learning more about Ipswich and its history. ##### Brenda K.
