Beautiful grand old hotel with modern updates. Received a room upgrade plus $100 credit thru Expedia for the spa. In house Italian restaurant was very good as was the breakfast. Made our trip to the Jungfrau very easy as the train is in walking distance.

This is truly a beautiful hotel with incredible service from start to finish. We only had 1 night here while we traveled from Zermatt to grindelwald and honestly I wish we had 1 more day to stay. We was traveling as a family of 5 with our 4 year old daughter and I must say we have stayed at many hotels and this had the coolest kids club I have ever seen with a lot of cool rooms such as art room, music room, gaming room etc. we also used the spa and pool which was exceptional. The only thing I would have liked was a hotter hot tub at the end of the day but other than that I have zero complaints. Great hotel and very nice staff and good food options with an amazing breakfast buffet. Truly top notch.

Best hotel we stayed in over our 2 week trip in Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. It was the best of the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed in. Loved the pool area.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The breakfast terrace was my absolute favorite spot. The view was incredible. The staff was super nice very efficient and very eager to help. Great breakfast buffet. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back. would definitely recommend this hotel.

Worth the splurge. Best hotel I have stayed at.
Truly hotel perfection. Felt pampered the whole time we were there. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Was fun ro watch the paragliders land at breakfast each morning. Pool and spa are top notch. All staff were spot on and super pleasant. Thanks for the wonderful anniversary stay!

The hotel guys need some training on what is hospitality and five star services. Over hyped and over priced for the services 1. No basic bathroom amenities provided 2. They charged for providing the adaptor even though we left the same in the room at the time of check out 3. For having even a egg of your choice, we need to pay extra even though breakfast was included 4. If we need second water bottle they would charge extra Probably they have no competition in this area. Conceirge was the saving grace and quite helpful

Room wasn't ready until 3:30pm but the staff was great. The room was very nice and spacious but had broken switches (by the door and window). Pool was great!

Not Worth the Money
The hotel is beautiful. No air conditioning / non working air conditioner. Pretentious. We had late checkout 2pm due to being a Premium Member. When we went to breakfast they told us we did not have late checkout even though we were given a fruit plate with a card that STATED WE HAD LATE CHECKOUT. not worth the money although the Italian restaurant is great. Just wear a suit or dress and don’t let them know your American if you want good service.

The lobby and grounds are grand but the rooms are tired. There is no air conditioning in the guest rooms, which is shocking for a five star hotel! There are too few electrical outlets to charge your devices

Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Beautiful 5* hotel
Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.
