"Room was so so. I had to clean bathroom counter because it was covered with something gritty. Room dusty. The short man in red hoodie isn’t at all cordial. Never asked if we were pleased with the room. Never thanked us for staying there. A smile and friendly attitude go a long way. Air conditioning was fine. Appliances fine. Breakfast is honey buns, tiny yogurts in one flavor, breakfast bars, dry cereal but no milk and coffee. Next time we’re in Brenham we’ll try for more hospitable lodging."

"This Place is so peaceful and perfect for a couples getaway! Our room was perfect, cozy, and fresh! We enjoyed every second! The only thing i have to say about it, is that the shower head might need to be replaced because its sprinkles water very lightly and we love hard water pressure. Other than that we loved every second, it’s close to everything we would definitely go back! Thank you for making check in / out so smoothly. "

"This hotel is quite dated and I feel the ratings failed me this time. I think this hotel’s rating should be lower than 8. The bathroom vent wasn’t working so the steam build up irritated my wife while trying to get her hair done. It was hard finding a hotel in this area that has an excellent rating. Breakfast here was also subpar. And no coffee in the rooms either. "

"This was one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy! There were roaches crawling on the nightstand. Eew! The continental breakfast was a joke!! One banana and 2 prepackaged pastries. No juice. I will be requesting a full refund"
