Welcome to Orchard Estate, this home is located in the golden mile area of Indio. In estate community surrounded by other similar high end gated communities. It is walking distance to Empire Polo Grounds. Book your Coachella or Stagecoach Festival today or a monthly or season getaway. This estate is perfect for snowbirds, multi generation and yet groups as well. It is set up with keeping everyone in mind between the amenities, decor, comfort and style. *Even though this is a new listing, we are not new to hospitality. The home has a vary large open kitchen and living room that have view outside to the backyard. There is a large garge and driveway for lots of parking needs. There are some restrictions on large vehicles such as RVs and Campers (reach out for clarification of what is allowed). The backyard has lots comfy seating and dining area that are both covered. The community is great for walks and there are lots of fruits trees through out the community mainly grapefruit and lemon trees.

POOL|SPA: Pool: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. **Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
PET FRIENDLY We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind $150 is refunded and $50/pet goes towards pet's stay.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT- We do our best to accommodate early check in and late check out requests. It is a $75 fee, as this is our the cost to get extra cleaning staff to expedite the home properly or complete linen service offsite. *All requests must be submitted prior to 8:30pm, the evening before departure.*
